| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى الخدمات المتنقلة لإدارة رعاية المسنين في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر كبار السن، وأثر بعض المتغيرات على ذلك، والكشف عن مقترحات تطوير الخدمات المتنقلة لإدارة رعاية المسنين من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تضمنت (21) عبارة موزعة على ستة محاور طبقت على عينة تألفت من (180) مسنا منهم (90) ذكورا و(90) إناثا. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الخدمات الاجتماعية المتنقلة كان كبيرا، وأن مستوى الخدمات الأخرى كان متوسطا، وجاءت هذه الخدمات بالترتيب التالي: جاء في الترتيب الأول الخدمات الاجتماعية، تليها الخدمات الإدارية، ثم الخدمات النفسية، ثم الخدمات الطبية، ثم الخدمات الدينية، وأخيرا العلاج الطبيعي. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة في جميع الخدمات المتنقلة تعزى لمتغيرات النوع والعمر ونوع السكن. ووجود فروق في الخدمات الدينية تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، بينما لا توجد فروق في الخدمات الاجتماعية والنفسية والطبية والإدارية والعلاج الطبيعي. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في الخدمات الاجتماعية والطبية والإدارية والدينية والعلاج الطبيعي تعزى لمتغير المنطقة السكنية، بينما لا توجد فروق في الخدمات النفسية. ووجود فروق في الخدمات النفسية تعزى لمتغير الدخل الشهري، بينما لا توجد فروق في الخدمات الأخرى. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في الخدمات الطبية والدينية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، بينما لا توجد فروق في الخدمات الأخرى. ووجود فروق في الخدمات الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة، بينما لا توجد فروق في الخدمات الأخرى. وقدم أفراد عينة الدراسة العديد من الاقتراحات التي قد تساهم في تطوير الخدمة المتنقلة لإدارة رعاية المسنين. The study aimed to identify the level of moving services for the Elderly Care Administration in the State of Kuwait from the viewpoint of elderly, and the effect of some variables on that, and to uncover proposals for developing moving services for the Elderly Care Department from the viewpoint of sample members. A descriptive and analytical approach was used, and data were collected through a questionnaire that included (21) statements distributed on six axes applied to a sample consisting of (180) elderly, of whom (90) males and (90) females. The results concluded that the level of moving social services was large, and that the level of other services was average, and these services came in the following order: social services came first, followed by administrative services, psychological services, medical services, religious services, and finally natural treatment. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of study sample in all moving services due to gender, age and type of housing variables. And the existence of differences in religious services due to marital status variable, while there are no differences in social, psychological, medical, administrative and physiotherapy services. The results indicated that there were differences in social, medical, administrative, religious and physiotherapy services due residential area variable, while there were no differences in psychological services. And the existence of differences in psychological services due to monthly income variable, while there are no differences in other services. The results also showed that there are differences in the medical and religious services due to educational level variable, while there are no differences in other services. And the existence of differences in social services due to employment variable, while there are no differences in other services. The study sample members made many suggestions that might contribute to developing moving service for the Elderly Care Administration. |
