| المستخلص: | تهدف ورقة العمل إلى إبراز أهمية اعتماد المرأة القائدة من ذوي الإعاقة على التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تحقيق التطوير التنظيمي، على اعتبار أن النساء من ذوي الإعاقة مورد بشري وقوة لا يستهان بها وبقدراتها الفكرية والمعرفية داخل أي منظمة. فهي تساهم بشكل فعال في تحقيق التطوير التنظيمي وذلك باعتمادها على الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في تسيير الشؤون التنظيمية داخل المنظمات، فالتكنولوجيا تعتبر آلية مساعدة لذوي الإعاقة من القيادات النسوية بحيث تعمل على تسهيل عملية الاتصال داخل المنظمة إضافة إلى تحقيق فعالية وسرعة عملية صنع واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. وعليه يجب توفير كل الأدوات والتقنيات والوسائل التكنولوجية داخل المنظمات بما يحقق الهدف التنظيمي العام ووصول المنظمة إلى تحقيق التطوير التنظيمي. The aims of this paper is to highlight the importance of women leaderships with disabilities relying on new technologies in achieving organizational development. As that, women with disabilities are a human resource, a strength that cannot be underestimated, and their intellectual and cognitive capabilities within any firms, it effectively contributes to achieving organizational development by relying on new technological means that conduct organizational affairs within organizations. In addition, technology is considered a mechanism to assist people with disabilities from among the women leaderships in order to facilitate the communication process within the organization, also to achieving the effectiveness, speed of the process of making administrative decisions. Therefore, all tools such as techniques and technological means must be provided within the organizations in order to achieve the general organizational goal and for the firm to achieve organizational development. |
