| المستخلص: | The environment is a reflection of the development and advancement of society, and is the foundation of social life that is based and continues only in a healthy environment free from all aspects of environmental pollution. Anarchical construction is one of the most serious risks to the overall environmental appearance because of the resulting distortion of the urban environment that is reflected On the one hand, the human life on the other and the development of society on the other. The Algerian legislator has tried to combat this phenomenon, trying to reduce its spread gradually to the end of its complete elimination, which is what we will try to study in this article. تعد البيئة مرآة تعكس مدى تطور المجتمع ورقيه، وهي أساس الحياة الاجتماعية التي لا تقوم ولا تستمر إلا في بيئة سليمة خالية من كل مظاهر التلوث البيئي. ويعد البناء الفوضوي من أكثر المخاطر مساسا بالمظهر العام للبيئة نظرا لما ينجم عليه من تشوه للمحيط العمراني الذي ينعكس سلبا على حياة الإنسان من جهة وعلى تطور المجتمع من جهة أخرى. ولقد حاول المشرع الجزائري التصدي لهذه الظاهرة محاولا الحد من انتشارها تدريجيا إلى غاية القضاء عليها تماما وهو ما سنحاول دراسته في هذا المقال. |
