| 520 | |a في إطار إشكالية التمويل المالي لمختلف مخابر البحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي بالجامعة الجزائرية، يقترح هذا المقال الذي يوضح مختلف الإشكاليات المطروحة من طرف مخابر البحث بالجامعة. خبرتنا المهنية ومختلف العلاقات القائمة بين مختلف مدراء مخابر البحث العلمي تسمح لنا باكتشاف بأن التمويل المالي موجود عن طريق الصندوق الوطني للبحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي. تجسيد النفقات البحث العلمي تصادف العديد من المشاكل التي سوف نتطرق إليها من خلال البحث الميداني. النتائج الأولى تظهر بعض المشاكل والاختلالات على مستوى مدة الإنجاز، نقص الخبرة المهنية وكذلك الإشكال الموجود على مستوى التعريف بحاجيات مخبر البحث. | ||
| 520 | |d Cet article s’inscrit dans le cadre de la problématique du financement de la recherche scientifique plus précisément des laboratoires de recherche rattachés aux universités algériennes. Notre quotidien professionnel et nos contacts fréquents avec des directeurs de laboratoire de recherche ont mis en exergue un fait saillant: que le financement existe pour les différents laboratoires dans le cadre du FNRSDT, sauf que ce dernier ne sera consommé que lentement. La concrétisation des crédits d’équipements rencontre souvent de nombreux problèmes tels que des problèmes que nous tentons de cerner à travers notre enquête sur le terrain. Les premiers résultats font ressortir un ensemble de problèmes et dysfonctionnements dans le processus de financement tels que les retards dans les délais d’exécution, le manque d’expertise du personnel ou la mauvaise définition du besoin en équipement.
