| المستخلص: | تعتبر ظاهرة تغيب التلاميذ عن المدرسة مشكلة تربوية منتشرة في أوساط المدارس على اختلاف أطوارها، فباتت تقلق المجتمعات والدول، ولا أحد ينكر مدى خطورة هذه الظاهرة على الفرد والمجتمع على حد سواء، وعند الحديث عن انتشار هذه الظاهرة في مدارسنا وخاصة في طور التعليم الثانوي لا ينبغي أن نتوقف عن رصدها ووصفها، إنما يجب البحث عن عوامل ومسببات هذه الظاهرة، ففهم مصادر حدوثها يقودنا لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة حتى نتمكن من التحكم في انتشار هذه الظاهرة أو على الأقل التقليل من حدتها، وفي هذا المقال سنحاول التطرق إلى مدلولات هذا المفهوم وأهم أشكاله بالإضافة إلى أهم العوامل الأسرية والمدرسية المساهمة في انتشار هذه الظاهرة في الوسط المدرسي. The phenomenon of absenteeism of pupils from school is considered an educational problem prevalent among schools of different stages, thus it becomes worrying communities and nations, and no one denies the seriousness of this phenomenon on the individual and society alike, and when talking about the prevalence of this phenomenon in our schools, especially in the process of secondary education. we should not to stop at its monitoring and description, but must search for factors and causes of this phenomenon, in case of understanding the sources of their occurrence, this leads to find the appropriate solutions so that we can control the spread of these Phenomenon, or at least reduce its severity, and in this article we will try to address the implications of this concept its most important forms in addition to the most influential family and school factors contributing to the spread of this phenomenon in the school setting. |
