| المستخلص: | يدرك الجميع اليوم أهمية المعلومات في مجتمعنا والقيمة الاستراتيجية للبيانات التي نميل إلى إعادة هيكلتها حول المعلومات والشبكات التي تنقلها. كما أن تسخير البيانات وإدارتها والقدرة على حمايتها هي بالتأكيد الموقف الواجب اتخاذه، غير أن الأوساط العلمية تدرك أن ذلك غير كاف، وأنه ينبغي الحفاظ على أكبر قدر من هذه المعلومات على المدى الطويل، وأن نجد الوسائل لتجنب تأثرها بعامل الوقت وأن نكون قادرين على استردادها وإعادة معالجتها في أي وقت نشاء. هذا هو البعد الكامل لما يسمى بأتمتة البيانات، ومع ذلك فإن التطور الهائل للمعلومات يجعل من هذه الأتمتة مجال نمو غير مثمن تماما حتى من قبل المتخصصين، ويبقى الاتجاه اليوم نحو الموازنة بين المسح الضوئي والحماية. ينبغي إذا أن تصنف أتمتة البيانات كمجال منفصل، ضروري لمستقبل بحوثنا وتلك هي الفرضنة (إزالة الطابع المادي) موضوع هذا البحث. Il n’est plus besoin de rappeler l’importance de l’information dans notre société. Et pratiquement tout un chacun aujourd’hui comprend la valeur stratégique des données, à tel point qu’elles tendent à se restructurer autour de l’information et des réseaux qui la véhiculent. Domestiquer les données, savoir les gérer, pouvoir les protéger est certes une attitude nécessaire face au nouveau phénomène de l’information, mais la communauté scientifique prend conscience que cela est insuffisant. Il faut pouvoir mettre en réserve une grande partie de cette information pour le long terme, il faut trouver des solutions pour la soustraire à l’effet du temps et pouvoir la retrouver et la retraiter à tout moment. C’est là que l’automatisation des données prend toute sa dimension. Cependant, l’énorme progression de l’information fait de cette automatisation une zone de croissance totalement sous-estimée même par les professionnels. Aujourd’hui, la tendance est à assimiler numérisation et protection. Il convient alors de considérer l’automatisation des données comme une matière à part entière, incontournable pour le futur de notre recherche. C’est en fait la dématérialisation étudiée dans cet article. Today everyone knows the importance of information in our society and the strategic value of the data we tend to restructure around the information and the networks that transmit it. The harnessing of data, its management, and the ability to protect it is certainly the position to be taken. Still, the scientific community realizes that this is not enough and that the largest amount of this information should be preserved in the long term and find ways to avoid being affected by the time factor. And we should be able to recover and reprocess it at any time we want. This is the whole dimension of the so-called data automation. However, the massive development of information makes this automation an area of growth that is completely undervalued even by professionals, and the trend remains today towards balancing scanning and protection. Data automation should therefore be classified as a separate area, essential to the future of our research, and that is virtualization (dematerialization), the subject of this research.
