| 520 | |a يتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة السمات والخصائص الإلكترونية الخاصة بالمواقع الإلكترونية العربية والأجنبية الخاصة بالشباب من ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة في محاولة للتعرف على أهم أشكال ومضامين تلك المواقع والتعرف على أهم أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف فيما بينها والأطر المتنوعة والثابتة لصفحة البدء في مواقع العينة، مع التركيز على رصد أوجه القصور في مضامين وأشكال تلك المواقع. 2- مشكلة البحث: تتحدد مشكلة البحث في محاولة الإجابة عن سؤال رئيس وهو: ما هي المضامين والأشكال الإعلامية التي تقدمها المواقع الإلكترونية العربية والأجنبية للشباب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لاستشراف رؤية علمية ومنهجية يمكن الاسترشاد بها لتعزيز الواقع المدرك ولتحقيق طموحات المستقبل بالنسبة لهذه الفئة الجديرة بالبحث والاهتمام. 3- أهمية الدراسة : تستمد الدراسة أهميتها من الآتي: - التعرف على النماذج الإعلامية المناسبة التي تقدم من خلال المواقع الإلكترونية العربية والأجنبية للشباب ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة والتعرف على ملامح علاقة ذوي الاحتياجات بوسائل الاتصال الحديثة مما يساعد في تلبية حاجاتهم وتحقيق رغباتهم وزيادة فرص إدماجهم وتفاعلهم داخل المجتمعات. - توظيف الإمكانيات التفاعلية للإنترنت الموجهة لفئة أصحاب الاحتياجات الخاصة عبر المواقع الإلكترونية لتقديم مزيدا من الخدمات لترقية مواهب وحل مشكلات هذه الفئة. - يستمد موضوع الدراسة أهميته من ندرة الدراسات العربية التي اهتمت بدراسة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. 4- هدف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة التعرف على مدى توفير المواقع الإلكترونية للشباب ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة لعناصر المحتوى الجيد، ومدى توفير وتوظيف الخدمات التفاعلية في تلك المواقع لصالح الشباب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. 5- عينة الدراسة: اعتمدت الدراسة على دراسة أربعة مواقع موجهة للشباب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وهي: موقعا "7 مليون معاق" ، و "تمكين " وهما ناطقان باللغة العربية وموقع أمريكي "ADA" والفرنسي CDC"خلال عام 2018. 6- مناهج وأدوات البحث: اعتمد البحث على منهج المسح والمنهج المقارن وأداة تحليل المضمون لرصد وتحليل مضامين وأشكال صفحة البدء في مواقع الدراسة. 7- نتائج البحث: أسفر البحث عن عدد من النتائج التي يعد من أهمها تغطية معظم مواقع الدراسة للأشكال والمضامين التي تهم الشباب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مما يجعل صفحات البدء بوابة لنشر المعلومات وشمولية التغطية، مما يسهم في تطور تعاملات المستخدمين الشباب وتفاعلهم مع الظواهر الإعلامية وإدراك أبعادها ومدلولاتها، حيث كان معيار الاهتمام بالمحتوى والمضمون من أكثر المعايير التي حرصت عليها مواقع الدراسة وجاءت بنسبة 46,7% من بين المعايير الأخرى، إلا أنه يغيب عن بعض المواقع الأشكال التواصلية لدعم المعاق حيث تفتقر صفحة البدء في بعض المواقع إلى التحديث. | ||
| 520 | |b - introduction: This study examines the features and characteristics of Arab and foreign electronic sites for young people with special needs in an attempt to identify the most important forms and contents of those sites and to identify the most important aspects of agreement and difference between them and to identify the most important diverse frameworks fixed in the start page of the sample sites. Focusing on monitoring deficiencies in the contents and shapes of those sites 2- The research problem: The research problem is determined in an attempt to answer a key question, which is: what are the media contents provided by Arab and foreign websites for young people with special needs to foresee a scientific and methodological vision that can be guided to enhance the. perceived reality and to achieve future aspirations for this worthy category 3- The importance of the study: The study derives its importance from the following: - identify appropriate media models that are provided through Arab and foreign websites for young people with special needs with modern means of communication, which helps in meeting their needs and achieving their desires and increase their opportunities for integration and interaction with societies. Employ interactive capabilities the internet, which is directed to the group of people with special needs, through websites, to provide more services to upgrade talents and solve problems of this group. The topic of its study derives its importance from the scarcity of Arab studies that have been concerned with the study of people with special needs. 4- The aim of the study: The study to identify the extent to which websites for young people with special needs provide elements of good content and employ electronic services in those sites for the benefit of young people with special needs. 5- study sample: The study relied on a sample represented in the study of four websites targeted, namely: "7 million persons with Disabilities" and 'Tam keen", which are both Arabic -speaking and French "CDC" and the American "ADA" during the year 2018 6- Research methods and Tools: The research relied on the survey methodology, the combative approach and the content analysis tool to monitor and analyze the contents and forms of the start page in the study sites. 7- Results of the research: The search resulted in a number of results that are among the most important: the coverage of most of the study sites for the forms and contents of interest to young people with special needs, which makes the start pages a gateway to the dissemination of information and the coverage of coverage. Its dimensions and its implications the criterion of interest in content and content came from the most important criteria that study sites were keen, as it reached 46.7% among other criteria. Some forms of communication to support the handicapped were absent from the sites, as the start page of some of these sites lacked modernization and development. | ||
