| المستخلص: | يحتل البحث العلمي بمناهجه وأساليبه المتنوعة موقفاً مركزياً في التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي الذي نشهده حالياً، حيث تبدو الحاجة ماسة إلى استخدام المنهج العلمي في البحث في مشكلات الحياة ومعالجتها والتصدي لحلها، وذلك استجابة لمتطلبات الثورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والتحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات، هدف البحث إلي معرفة أثر البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة (النمو الاقتصادي) بالكويت، والوقوف علي واقع البحث العلمي في الدول العربية عامة وفي الكويت خاصة، وتحديد أهم معوقات البحث العلمي ووسائل الحد منها في الدول العربية وفى الكويت. وتمثل فرض البحث في الفرض التالي: بأن البحث العلمي يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الكويت، وقد تبين صحة الفرض البحث، وعليه أوصى البحث بضرورة إعطاء الأهمية القصوى لموضوع إعادة هيكلة التعليم وبكافة مراحله وتقوية البحث العلمي والتطوير والحث على الابتكار من خلال خطط وطنية مدعومة باتفاقيات إقليمية ودولية، وضرورة مواكبة التغييرات التكنولوجية المتسارعة لاستيعاب التطورات المستمرة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وبقية المعارف الإنسانية، ومحاولة ممارستها ميدانياً. Scientific research, with its various approaches and methods, occupies a central position in the scientific and technological progress that we are currently witnessing, as the need appears urgently to use the scientific method in researching life problems, addressing them and addressing them, in response to the requirements of the scientific and technological revolution and the challenges facing societies. Scientific research in achieving sustainable development (economic growth) in Kuwait, standing on the reality of scientific research in the Arab countries in general and in Kuwait in particular, and identifying the most important obstacles to scientific research and means of reducing them in the Arab countries and in Kuwait, The imposition of the research was represented in the following hypothesis: that scientific research contributes to achieving sustainable development in Kuwait, and the research hypothesis has been shown to be correct. Therefore, research has recommended the necessity to give utmost importance to the topic of restructuring education in all its stages and to strengthen scientific research and development and to stimulate innovation through national plans supported by agreements Regional and international, and the need to keep pace with the rapid technological changes to accommodate the continuous developments in information and communication technology and the rest of human knowledge, and try to practice it in the field. |
