| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إل التعرف على الأوضاع السياسية وأثرها على قيم التسامح في الجمهورية اليمنية في الفترة من 1990-2010م. وبعض الأهداف الفرعية الأخرى. من خلال الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة منها ما آثر التطور الاجتماعي والسياسي على قيم التسامح في الفترة من 1990-2010م. وما الدلالات الاجتماعية للتسامح؟ واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج (التحليلي، المقارن). واستخلصت الدراسة بعض النتائج منها: تمثلت فترة التسامح في الجمهورية اليمنية بالعام 1990م (حسب دستور دولة الوحدة). رغم مرور عقدين من الزمن على الإعلان عن التسامح في دستور الجمهورية اليمنية، والاتفاق مع ما جاء في الاتفاقيات و المواثيق الدولية الموقع عليه من قبل رئاسة الجمهورية اليمنية عليه في المواثيق الدولية إلا أن الأحداث تشابهت ولم يحدث تطورات ثقافية مع الأخر. فتشابهت الأوضاع خلال عقدين من الوحدة. خلال فترة التسامح ووجدت ثقافة سياسية تعبوية كرست ثقافة الكراهية بالتالي رفضت الآخر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات منها على وزارة الأوقات فتح أو إغلاق الأبواب المغلقة في المساجد المخصصة للالتقاء الخاصة من الشباب كما على وزارة الإعلام التوعية بثقافة التسامح. The declaration of the Yemeni unification was in 1990 between the two parts of Yemen (formerly). The constitution of the unified country consisted of the right of coexistence in the light of diversity (political - cultural - social ... etc); thus, many parties, NGOs, unions and different associations emerged and were active. Therefore, this study seeks to explain the mechanism of coexistence among the different parties as well as aims to identify the political situation and its impact on the values of tolerance in the Republic of Yemen during the period 1990 -2010, including some other sub objectives. The study finds answers for its inquiries, some of which are: what is the impact of the social and political development on the values of tolerance during the period 1990 – 2010? What are the social denotations of tolerance? The study uses the (analytical - comparative) approach for their importance in this study. The study concludes some results, some of which are: The period of tolerance in the Republic of Yemen was represented in the year of 1990 (according to the constitution of the country of unity). After two decades since the declaration of tolerance was ratified in the constitution of the Republic of Yemen, and the agreement with the international agreements and conventions on human rights signed by the Presidency of the Republic of Yemen, there have been no cultural developments in terms of coexistence with the other. After two decades of unity, the situation is still similar than that one in the past. During the period of tolerance, there has been a tactical political culture of hatred and rejection of others. The study consists on some recommendations, some of which are: the Ministry of Endowment should open or close the closed doors of , and the Ministry of Information should raise the awareness regarding the culture of tolerance. |
