| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تفعيل الاتصال الإداري من وجهة نظر العاملين في جامعة التكوين المتواصل - مركز الوادي- كما هدفت إلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمركز، وبيان الفروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تفعيل الاتصال الإداري تبعا لمتغير، حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت الدراسة على العاملين بجامعة التكوين المتواصل بالوادي وقد اعتمد الباحثان على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان الأهم منها: إن تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمركز الجامعي يساعد على التغلب على عامل البعد الجغرافي، كما أن الإدارة الإلكترونية تقلل من تكاليف الاتصال التقليدي وإن الجامعة لا تعمل على تفعيل الاتصالات الغير رسمية بين العاملين، ولا تستغل الإدارة الإلكترونية بالتواصل مع العاملين وحل مشاكلهم داخل وخارج العمل، بالإضافة إلى عدم وضوح الأنظمة والقوانين الخاصة بالتشبيك والاتصال بين العاملين، والنقص في مهارات العاملين عند التعامل مع أدوات ووسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني يؤدي إلى نقص فعالية الاتصال الإداري. This study aimed to reveal the role of electronic management in activating administrative communication from the viewpoint of employees at the University of Continuing Training - EL-OUED Center - and also aimed at identifying obstacles to the application of electronic management in the center, and explaining the differences in the study sample responses towards the role of electronic management in activating administrative communication Depending on the variable, where the descriptive analytical approach was used, the study was applied to workers at the Continuing Training University in EL-OUED. The researchers relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the study reached a set of results, including: The application of electronic administration in the university center helps to overcome the factor of the geographical dimension; Electronic management reduces the costs of traditional communication, and the university does not work to activate informal communications between workers, and does not take advantage of electronic management to communicate with workers and solve their problems inside and outside the work; The lack of clarity in the regulations and laws for networking and communication between workers, and the lack of workers' skills when dealing with electronic communication tools and means leads to a lack of effectiveness in administrative communication. |
