| المستخلص: | الهدف الأساسي لهذه الدارسة هو قياس اتجاهات المعلمين وطلاب كلية التربية نحو مفهوم ثقافة السلام بولاية نهر النيل، كما هدفت إلى تعميم مفهوم ثقافة السلام، وقياس اتجاهات المعلمين نحو نشر ذلك المفهوم، وتوضيح دور المعلمين في تأسيس أصل ثقافة السلام، والعمل على تضمين ثقافة السلام في أهداف التربية السودانية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. معتمدة على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة للدراسة. وشملت عينة الدراسة 350 فردا موزعين بين الطلاب والمعلمين في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي والثانوي فضلا عن أعضاء التدريس بكلية التربية. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج ما يلي: 1. موافقة المعلمين أن أسلوب الحوار هو الأسلوب الأمثل لحل المشاكل. 2. الدور المؤثر لتعليم الأسرة. 3. اتفاقية السلام هي الحل لمشاكل السودان. 4. رفض تطبيق الديمقراطية عبر مفهوم العولمة والذي يعني الأمركة. 5. ضرورة إدخال مقرر ثقافة السلام بمناهج كليات التربية. 6. للتربية دور مؤثر في اعتبار ونشر الوعي بثقافة السلام والدور الريادي للمعلمين لتعضيد الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو السلام. The main aim of the study is to measure the attitude of teachers towards the concept of peace culture in the River Nile -: State. The study also seeks to realize the following objectives 1) Popularizing the concept of peace culture 2) Measuring the attitudes of teachers towards spreading this .concept 3) Stressing the role of teachers in establishing peace culture 4) Including peace culture among the Sudanese educational objectives. The researcher has followed the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The study sample includes 350 subjects from both teachers and students in basic and secondary schools together with staff members from the Faculty of Education The researcher has come to the following results-: 1. Teachers are fully aware that dialogue is the best way to solve problems. 2. The Sudanese families could play an essential educational role in enhancing peace cult 3. The Peace Agreement is the solution for most of the Sudan problems. 4. There is a tendency to reject globalization which represents Americanization 5. Teaching peace culture syllabus in faculties of education is crucial. 6. Education has a significant role in the promotion and propagation of peace culture which can be pioneered by teachers who support positive attitude towards peace. |
