| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على وظائف مدير المدرسة الإشرافية والتي تتعدد وتتنوع من حيث المهام والواجبات الملقاة على عاتق المدير، واختارت الباحثة أسلوب البحث النظري الوصفي المعتمد على الدراسات والمراجع المتوفرة في المكتبة العربية، وتوصلت الباحثة أن دور مدير المدرسة كموجه مكمل لدور الموجهين الفنيين من حيث مساعدته للمعلمين ومتابعتهم في تنفيذ توجيهات وتوصيات كادر التوجيه الفني. وأن هذا الدور الإشرافي لمدير المدرسة في المتابعة وإبداء الرأي ما زال في بدايته ويتطلب المزيد من الدعم والتعزيز، وأوصت الدراسة مجموعة توصيات في سبيل تجويد العمل الإشرافي للمدير بصفته مشرفا تربويا مقيما في المدرسة. بما ينسجم مع خطط وزارة التربية لتطوير العمليات التربوية وتحسينها. |f The study aims to illuminate the multifaceted supervisory functions of the school principal, which encompass various tasks and duties assigned to them. The researcher opted for the descriptive-theoretical research method, drawing from studies and references available in the Arab library. The researcher concluded that the school principal's role as a mentor complements that of technical mentors by providing assistance to teachers and ensuring adherence to the directives and recommendations of the technical guidance staff. However, the supervisory aspect of the school principal, particularly in terms of follow-up and offering opinions, is still nascent and necessitates further support and reinforcement. The study proposed a set of recommendations to enhance the supervisory role of the principal as an in-house educational supervisor, aligning with the Ministry of Education's initiatives aimed at advancing and refining educational processes.
