| المستخلص: | شملت هذه الدراسة على تنافسية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وأهم المؤشرات المالية التي تساعد في تقييم مدى تنافسية المؤسسات. وحاولنا تطبيق هذه المؤشرات المالية على واحدة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية، وهي مؤسسة "مطاحن الحروش".\nوبالاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة واستنادا للنتائج المتوصل إليها، نجد أن المؤسسة سجلت نتائج إيجابية خاصة في جانب التكاليف، وفي المقابل تم تسجيل نقائص تمثلت في ضعف الإنتاجية وانخفاض المبيعات، ما جعل درجة التنافسية أقل من المستوى المطلوب.\n Cette étude tente de faire la lumière sur la compétitivité des petites et moyennes entreprises, et sur les différents indicateurs financiers qui aident à évaluer la compétitivité. \nNous avons essayé d'appliquer ces indicateurs financiers sur l'une des petites et moyennes entreprises algériennes qui est EPELHAROUCH branche de GROUPE SMIDE. \nSur la base des résultats obtenus à travers notre étude de cas, Nous constatons que cette entreprise a enregistrée des résultats positifs du côté des coûts, et qu’elle a par contre enregistrée des lacunes telles que la faible productivité et la baisse des ventes, ce qui rend le degré de compétitivité de cette entreprise inférieur au niveau requis.\n This study included the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and the most important financial indicators that help assess enterprises' competitiveness. Furthermore, we have tried to apply these financial indicators to one of the Algerian small and medium-sized enterprises, the "Matahin El Harrouch" Foundation.\nRelying on a case study approach and based on the findings, we find that the institution recorded positive results, especially on the costs side. On the other hand, shortcomings were recorded in weak productivity and low sales, which made the degree of competitiveness less than the required level.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
