| 520 | |a يعد القيادي من أهم ركائز العملية الإدارية بما يمتلك من قدرة التأثير في العاملين وتوجيه أخبارهم وسلوكهم في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف التي تسعى إليها المؤسسة ويتولى القيادي كذلك مسؤولية تنظيم عملية التفاعل بين العاملين والحفاض على تماسكهم والمبادرة إلى حل المشكلات الناتجة عن هذا التفاعل ويجب أن يمتلك القائد التربوي القيادة التحويلية الجيدة التي تمكنهم من القيام بمهامه. ويعد الولاء التنظيمي بأنه يتمثل في رد الفعل لدى الموظف تجاه خصائص المنظمة التي ينتمي إليها، كما يعني إحساس الموظف بارتباطه بأهداف وقيم المنظمة والدور الذي يقوم به لتحقيق هذه الأهداف ولالتزام بالقيم الوظيفية من أجل المنظمة وليس من أجل مصالحة الخاصة فهو تفاعل الموظف مع منظمته من خلال الأهداف والقيم. وتكمن أهمية البحث في الكشف عن العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية لدى أعضاء الاتحادات لألعاب المضرب في العراق ومدى علاقتها بالولاء التنظيمي، ولأجل تحقيق التقدم والرقي إلى الأمام في العملية الإدارية وتقديم الأفضل. ويهدف البحث إلى: 1- التعرف على مستوى القيادة التحويلية والولاء التنظيمي لدى اعضاء الاتحادات لألعاب المضرب في العراق 2- التعرف على العلاقة بين القيادة التحولية والولاء التنظيمي لدى اعضاء الاتحادات بألعاب المضرب في العراق. | ||
