| 520 | |a إن ما يشهده العالم من تغيرات وتطورات سريعة هي نتيجة للتقدم العلمي المستمر في مجال البحث العلمي، مما جعل من مستويات الاداء في المهارات الحركية وسيلة من وسائل قياس النمو البدني والعقلي والحركي في مختلف الفعاليات والالعاب الرياضية. شهدت لعبة كرة السلة تطورا كبيرا وسريعا في السنوات الأخيرة وفي الجوانب المرتبطة بها كافة، الأمر الذي دفع إلى تغيير طابع اللعب واتسامه بدقة الأداء وسرعته، ولهذا كرست جهود المعنيين في اللعبة على وضع أسس وقواعد علمية في اعداد الحكام بدنيا وعقليا وتهيئة المتطلبات الضرورية للوصول بهؤلاء الحكام الى أفضل المستويات، وتعددت اساليب وطرائق تقويم الاداء للحكام والتي تهدف جميعا إلى تطوير مستوى الاداء وصولا لتحقيق أفضل المستويات في هذه اللعبة. هنالك عناصر أساسية لهذه اللعبة ومنها الحكام الذين يشكلون العنصر الرئيسي لإخراج المباراة بالصورة المطلوبة وتدار كل مباراة بواسطة ثلاث حكام لهم السلطة المطلقة لتطبيق مواد القانون بالتعاون مع حكام الطاولة وهم أربعة. ويهدف البحث إلى: - التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة ما بين تركيز الانتباه ومستوى أداء الحكام. | ||

There are many methods for evaluating the performance of referees, which all aim to develop the level of performance to achieve the best levels in this game. There are basic elements for this game, including the referees who constitute the main element to produce the match as required. Each match is managed by three referees who have absolute authority to implement the the law items in cooperation with the referees of the table and they are four.
