| المستخلص: | The study aimed to identify the reality of the role played by secondary school in promoting the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2030. It also aimed to identify the obstacles that prevent the achievement of the role of high school in promoting the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, To enhance the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2030 and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the views of teachers and supervisors on the role of secondary school in promoting the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom. Years of experience and specialization. The study used descriptive descriptive method for its relevance to the nature of the study. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for study. The study sample consisted of (430) teachers of secondary school schools affiliated with the Department of Sebia Education. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - The overall degree of the role of the secondary school in promoting the positive values (spirit of participation, cooperation, tolerance, respect for others, responsibility and principles of citizenship) represented by the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, came to the degree of approval (strongly agreed). - The overall degree of the impediments to achieving the role of high school in promoting the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, came at the level of approval (strongly agreed). - The overall degree of the axis of ways to develop the role played by secondary school in promoting the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, came at the level of approval (strongly agreed).- The absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of respondents to their views on the reality of obstacles to development in secondary schools in promoting the positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, which is attributed to the academic qualification and the years of experience and specialization The study recommended a number of recommendations, notably: - The school should develop awareness of the principles of promoting positive values represented by the vision of the Kingdom of 2030 among the members of the school community (teachers, students, parents, administrators, social workers, etc.) هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ما تقوم به المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز القيم الإيجابية الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030م، إضافة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون ذلك، وسبل تفعيل دور المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز القيم الإيجابية الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030م من وجهة نظر معلمي إدارة تعليم صبيا. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، لملاءمته طبيعة الدراسة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (430) معلما من معلمي مدارس المرحلة الثانوية التابعة لإدارة تعليم صبيا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، من أهمها: أن الدرجة الكلية لمحور واقع الدور الذي تقوم به المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز القيم الإيجابية (روح المشاركة والتعاون، والتسامح، واحترام الآخرين، وتحمل المسئولية، ومبادئ المواطنة) الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030م، جاءت بدرجة (موافق بشدة)، وأن الدرجة الكلية لمحور المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق دور المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز القيم الإيجابية الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030، جاءت بدرجة (موافق بشدة). وجاءت الدرجة الكلية لمحور سبل تفعيل الدور الذي تقوم به المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز القيم الإيجابية الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030، بدرجة (موافق بشدة). وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابة أفراد العينة وآرائهم في (واقع -معوقات -سبل تفعيل) دور المدرسة الثانوية في تعزيز القيم الإيجابية الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030 التي تعزي إلى المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة والتخصص. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات، من أبرزها: -أن تنمي المدرسة الوعي بأسس تعزيز القيم الإيجابية الممثلة لرؤية المملكة 2030 لدي أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي (معلمين -طلاب -أولياء أمور -إداريين -إخصائي اجتماعي...) |
