| المستخلص: | دفعت الهوة التكنولوجية الموجودة في أنظمة العمل الباحثين إلى العودة أكثر من أربعين سنة إلى الوراء، للاستفادة من التراث النظري الذي جاء به الاتجاه السوسيوتقني، وذلك بغية العمل على إعادة تصميم فضاء العمل بشكل يسمح للشق الاجتماعي بالنمو والتطور جنباً إلى جنب مع الشق التقني المتسارع الديناميكية، وهو ما أفضى إلى ظهور هندسة النظم السوسيوتقنية في الوقت الراهن. وتعتبر هندسة النظم وفق المبادئ السوسيوتقنية أحد أهم ركائز التصميمات الراهنة لأنظمة العمل، لإنتاج وحدات وهياكل تنظيمية تراعي احتياجات الآلة من مواد أولية وموارد طاقوية، واحتياجات الإنسان النفسية والاجتماعية والثقافية، بالاعتماد على ذلك التراث النظري الذي تم التغاضي عنه لفترة طويلة، والمقال الموالي يأتي لعرض بعض من ذلك التراث ورؤيته لشكل النظام السوسيوتقني بالمؤسسة. The technological gap in the current work systems has driven the researchers more than forty years back, to look into the scientific heritage of the sociotechnical approach, and to benefit from its’ contribution on the design of organizations. In order to reshape and redesign the workspace in a way that allows the social parts of the system to grow and develop alongside with the rapid and dynamic technical parts of the system. This has led to the emergence of the sociotechnical systems engineering (STSE) nowadays. Engineering systems according to sociotechnical principles is one of the most important pillars of the current designs. Whether for the production of units, or organizational structures, these principles aim to develop workplaces that consider both the needs of the machine on raw materials and energy resources, and the psychological, social and cultural needs of the human being, based on that theoretical heritage that has been overlooked for a long time. Therefore, this article comes to shed light on some of that heritage, and illustrate how the researchers of sociotechnical approach saw the work systems in the enterprise. |
