المستخلص:This research revealed that there are factors and reasons for migration represented in the two processes of attraction and expulsion in both the sending and receiving countries, and there are certain divisions, in an attempt to limit the motives for return to elements, such as: 1-Positive changes in the country of origin, which the immigrant senses. 2-What arouses the emigrant’s feelings of events that take place in his homeland. 3- If the residence in the receiving country does not satisfy - or does not satisfy - his needs. 4-The occurrence of events in exile that make the immigrant unable to stay. 5-Achieving the goal he aspired to before leaving his homeland. 6-The immigrant's family needs him, and there are health reasons that push the immigrant to leave the country of immigration. 7-The immigrant's realization that the goals he wanted to achieve by his departure, he can reach them while he is in his homeland, and the feeling of the desire to return to the motherland. 8-Realizing that the sacrifice involved in his emigration was greater than he had imagined. 9-End of the employment contract. 10-The low level of income in the country of immigration, and the feeling that the work of the immigrant is no longer of the quality that it deserves to continue. In an attempt to give a comprehensive picture of the most important factors driving the phenomenon of return migration, it may be useful to distinguish between three basic groups of influences or causes: 1-Influences related to the immigrant himself. 2-Effects related to conditions in the receiving country. 3-Effects related to conditions in the sending country. The most important effects of return migration are represented in the emergence of a new class of high-income earners that have recently entered society with new patterns of consumption and behaviors, and an increase in consumer spending rates as a result of the increase in the economic capacity of these returning immigrants, which makes the immigrant accustomed to a certain income level and a specific consumption pattern, He cannot agree without him when he returns to Egypt to settle there, so he becomes unstable and unconvinced of the feasibility of his work there and the return of his production from it, so he thinks again about immigration, as migration is a tool for the message of knowledge, and it also leads to the acquisition of new experiences that benefit the homeland by contacting others and mixing with peoples.
