| المستخلص: | This study aimed to develop a proposed vision to activate the role of the social worker in the medical field in Aden Governorate. It is related to individual cases and at the level of both groups and society. As well as to practice the principles of social service in this field and the extent of the existence of statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05 .(It includes attributing to the independent variables of the study (gender, age groups, profession, educational level). The two researchers formulated questions that reflect the three objectives the study (the corresponding observation questionnaire), The study included a theoretical framework that included concepts related to (role, social service in the medical field, health socially, the medical institution), the goals of social service in the medical field and its philosophy, and the previous studies, The researcher used the statistical program namely; (spss) to analyze the data and approach the interpretation of the findings, The study concluded with the most important findings that are consistent with this perception in order to achieve acceptance of activating the role of a social worker in the medical field. Particularly, in medical institutions to a large degree with an arithmetic average (2.76) and that the acceptance of his practice is LMP, The performance of social service was better than his exercise of roles with a general arithmetic average (2.88). It is followed by the acceptance of activating the social worker roles at the group level with an arithmetic average (2.74). Finally the activation of his roles with individual cases with an arithmetic average (2.71), The two researchers set the foundations of the proposed vision, its objectives, the requirements for implementing the proposed vision, and then recommendations and proposals that they hope to be taken into consideration so that the community will recognize this profession in the medical field in Aden Governorate. هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي في محافظة عدن مع الحالات الفردية وعلى مستوى كل من الجماعات والمجتمع وأيضا ممارسة مبادئ الخدمة الاجتماعية في هذا المجال، ومدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بما يعزو للمتغيرات المستقلة للدراسة (الجنس، وفئات العمر، والمهنة، والمستوى التعليمي) ووضع الباحثان تساؤلات للدراسة بما تعكس أهداف الدراسة واعتمدا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأدوات الدراسة الثلاث: (الاستبانة، والمقابلة، والملاحظة) وطبقا الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (60) مفردة من العاملين في المجال الطبي بمشافي محافظة عدن للعام الجامعي (2019)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التي توافق على هذا التصور بما يحقق قبول تفعيل دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي في المؤسسات الطبية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (2.76)، وأن قبول ممارسته لمبادئ الخدمة الاجتماعية كانت أفضل من ممارسته للأدوار بمتوسط حسابي عام (2.88)، يليه قبول تفعيل أدواره على مستوى المجتمع بمتوسط حسابي عام (2.81) ثم قبول تفعيل أدواره على مستوى الجماعة بمتوسط حسابي عام (2.74)، وأخيرا تفعيل أدواره مع الحالات الفردية بمتوسط حسابي (2.71)، ووضع الباحثان مرتكزات التصور المقترح وأهدافه ومتطلبات تنفيذ التصور المقترح ثم توصيات ومقترحات يتمنى أخذها بعين الاعتبار حتى يتم الاعتراف المجتمعي بهذه المهنة في المجال الطبي. |
