| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث للقيام بدراسة تحليلية للتعرف علي معوقات تطبيق أنشطة وبرامج السياحة الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك من خلال التعرف علي المعوقات المرتبطة بالاتجاهات التنظيمية نحو تطبيق برامج وأنشطة السياحة الترويحية، المعوقات المرتبطة بإدراك معني وأهمية برامج السياحة الترويحية ، المعوقات المرتبطة بصقل وتأهيل العاملين في مجال السياحة الترويحية، المعوقات المرتبطة بتسويق برامج وأنشطة السياحة الترويحية، المعوقات المرتبطة باستراتيجيات استقطاب السائحين للسياحة الترويحية، المعوقات المرتبطة بدور الدولة ودعمها تطبيق برامج وأنشطة السياحة الترويحية، المعوقات المرتبطة بتقييم أنشطة السياحة الترويحية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية)، تمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بالمنشئات السياحية بالقري السياحية بجمهورية مصر العربية والقيادات المسئولة عن السياحة بوزارة الشباب والرياضة ووزارة السياحة والأساتذة الأكاديميين بكليات التربية الرياضية وكليات السياحة والفنادق بجمهورية مصر العربية، وقد قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وقد بلغت قوامها (٩٢) فردا. ولجمع البيانات الخاصة بالبحث استخدم الباحث المقابلة الشخصية، استبيان معوقات تطبيق برامج وأنشطة السياحة الترويحية بجمهورية مصر العربية. وكانت من أهم النتائج هي وجود العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون التطبيق الأمثل لبرامج وأنشطة السياحة الترويحية بجمهورية مصر العربية، وكانت من أهم التوصيات حث المنشئات السياحية بجمهورية مصر العربية على تطوير أنشطة وبرامج السياحة الترويحية. The objective of this study is to analyze the obstacles to the implementation of sports tourism activities in Egypt by identifying the obstacles related to the organizational trends towards the implementation of leisure tourism programs and activities, the obstacles related to the awareness of the importance of recreational tourism programs, the obstacles related to the refinement and rehabilitation of tourism workers The obstacles associated with the marketing of recreational tourism programs and activities, the obstacles associated with the strategies of attracting tourists to recreational tourism, the obstacles related to the role of the State and its support for the implementation of tourism programs and activities. Recreational, constraints associated with the assessment of recreational tourism activities. The researcher used the descriptive method (survey method), representing the research community in the workers in tourism facilities in the tourist villages in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the leaders in charge of tourism in the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Tourism and academic professors in faculties of physical education and colleges of tourism and hotels in the Arab Republic of Egypt. To collect data on the research, the interviewer used a questionnaire to identify the obstacles to the implementation of leisure tourism programs and activities in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The most important results were the existence of many obstacles that prevent the optimal application of recreational tourism programs and activities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and it was one of the most important recommendations to urge the tourist establishments in the Arab Republic of Egypt to develop tourism activities and programs. |
