| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى ما يلي: 1. خدمة سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، وبيان المنهج الصحيح للاستمداد السديد منها. 2. الكشف عن علاقة علم السيرة النبوية بعلم المقاصد. 3. الوقوف على مقاصد الاستمداد والاستلهام من معين السيرة الذي لا ينضب وتراثها الذي لا يبلى. وتم فرش ذلك في محورين، الأول يتعلق بمفهوم المقاصد وأثرها في فهم السيرة النبوية. والثاني بأهم مقاصد الاستمداد من سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم. This research aim is as follows: 1- To Serve the biography of prophet Muhammad pbuh and demonstrate the correct methodology to extract from it. 2- To draw attention to the relation between the Prophetic biography and the Maqasid. 3- To shed the light on the purposes of the extraction and inspiration from the inexhaustible Prophetic biography and lasting tradition. These all are explained in two chapters. The first relates to the concept of Maqasid and its impact on the understanding of the Prophetic biography. The second links up to the most important purposes (Maqasid) of the extraction from the biography of prophet Muhammad pbuh. |
