| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية لدعم جهود الجمعيات الخيرية لتفعيل العمل التطوعي الأمني يمكن أن تسترشد بها هذه الجمعيات في تحقيق أهدافها الأمنية والتي تسهم في حماية المجتمع ومكافحة التحديات الأمنية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وكان من ابرز نتائجها، أن أهمية تفعيل العمل التطوعي الأمني بالجمعيات الخيرية ينبع من الحد من مخاطر الجرائم المستحدثة والمستجدة التي تهدد أمن الوطن، ومن أبرز آليات مشاركة الجمعيات الأهلية في تفعيل العمل التطوعي الأمني هو تدريب وتأهيل الشباب الراغب في العمل التطوعي الأمني، كما أن أبرز الآثار المترتبة على العمل التطوعي الأمني بالجمعيات الخيرية هو تنمية روح التنافس بين الجماعات التطوعية بما يعكس جودة البرامج والخدمات الأمنية، ومن أبرز الصعوبات التي تحد من دور الجمعيات الخيرية لتفعيل العمل التطوعي الأمني هو عدم وضوح أهداف العمل التطوعي الأمني وعدم القيام بالمسؤوليات الأمنية التطوعية، ومن أبرز الحلول المقترحة لتفعيل دور الجمعيات الخيري في مجال العمل التطوعي الأمني التي وصلت لها الدراسة هو وضع نظام أمني موحد يقنن العمل التطوعي الأمني وتحديثه بشكل دوري، وقد وضعت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا من المؤمل أن يسهم في تفعيل جهود الجمعيات الخيرية في العمل التطوعي الأمني، وكان من أبرز توصياتها التركيز في الأنشطة التطوعية على البرامج والمشروعات التي ترتبط بحماية أمن البلاد والعباد الأمر الذي يسهم في زيادة الإقبال على المشاركة في هذه البرامج. The study aims to develop a future vision to support the efforts of charities to activate voluntary security work that can guide these associations in achieving their security objectives, which contribute to protecting society and combating security challenges. The study used the descriptive approach. The most prominent results showed that the importance of activating voluntary security work in charities stems from reducing the risks of new and emerging crimes that threaten the security of the nation. The most prominent mechanism for the participation of NGOs in activating voluntary security work is the training and rehabilitation of young people wishing to volunteer in security work. The main impact of voluntary security work in charities is the development of a spirit of competition among voluntary groups to reflect the quality of security programs and services. The most prominent difficulties that limit the role of charities to activate voluntary security work is the lack of clarity on the objectives of security volunteering and failure to perform voluntary security responsibilities. The most prominent solution proposed to activate the charitable role of associations in the field of voluntary security work reached by the study is to develop a unified security system that legalizes security volunteering and to update it periodically. The study developed a proposed vision, which is hoped to contribute to activating the efforts of charities in the voluntary security work. The major recommendations of the study were to focus voluntary activities on programs and projects related to protecting the security of the country and the people, which contribute to increasing the demand for participation in these programs.
