| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإبداع التكنولوجي في تمكين المرأة باعتبارها فاعل مؤثر في عملية التنمية، في ضوء التنمية القائمة على المعرفة بقطاعاتها المتمثلة في: الإبداع والابتكار، والاعتماد على التقنية التكنولوجية الحديثة، وريادة الأعمال. واستعرضت الدراسة مفهوم الإبداع التكنولوجي، وتمكين المرأة، والتنمية القائمة على المعرفة. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، معتمدة على أداة المقابلة المتعمقة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: تميز المرأة في مجال الإبداع التكنولوجي بمجتمع الدراسة، واستغلالها مقومات التنمية القائمة على المعرفة لتمكينها تكنولوجيا، كما ظهرت تحديات اجتماعية واقتصادية وتقنية تحد من تمكين المرأة في مجال الإبداع التكنولوجي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الدولة دعم الإبداع التكنولوجي باعتباره أحد الدعائم الأساسية لتعزيز القدرات التنافسية، وتمكين المرأة في مجال الإبداع التكنولوجي بالتركيز على أربعة عوامل "ثقافية-قانونية وتشريعية-سياسية-اقتصادية". ونشر التوعية بفرص الإبداع التكنولوجي التي حصلت عليها المرأة بوسائل الإعلام. وأخيرا تشجيع إنشاء الحاضنات التكنولوجية. This study aims at identifying the role of technological innovation in empowering women as an influential factor in the process of development. This is done in the light of knowledge-based development in all its sectors: creativity and innovation, reliance on modern technology and entrepreneurship. The study tackles the concepts of technological innovation, woman empowerment and knowledge-based development. The study has adopts the descriptive approach depending on the tool of in-depth interviews. The study has found that women are distinguished in the field of technological innovation in the society of the study. It also shows their ability to exploit the components of knowledge-based development to enable themselves to use technology. In addition, the study discusses some social, economic and technical challenges that limit the empowerment of women in the field of technological innovation. The study ends in presenting a vision to enhance women's technological innovation capabilities. The study recommends that it is necessary that the government adopt the support of technological innovation as a main pillar for enhancing competitive capabilities. The study also calls for the necessity of empowering women in the field of technological innovation regarding four main factors: cultural, legal and legislative, political, and economic. In addition, the study calls for the necessity of spreading awareness of the opportunities of technological innovation that women have been given in mass media. Finally, it encourages the establishment of technological incubators. |
