| المستخلص: | بحثت هذه الدراسة في موضوع الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية لاستخدامات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتندرج هذه الدراسة تحت مظلة الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، وقد سعت الباحثة إلى الإجابة على أربعة أسئلة أساسية وهي: 1-ما أهم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي يقبل عليها الشباب؟ 2-ما أهم الآثار الإيجابية لاستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؟ 3-ما أهم الآثار السلبية لاستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؟ وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج التحليل الثانوي للبيانات، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة التي بحثت في موضوع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. كما كشفت الدراسة عن أهم هناك الكثير من الجوانب الإيجابية لاستخدام الشباب لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، منها استمرار التواصل بين مستخدمي هذه المواقع مع بعضهم البعض، فضلا عن أنها وسيلة عابرة للحدود والتواصل بين الأشخاص فتتيح للفرد صداقات من دول أخرى كما أنها وسيلة للممارسة الأنشطة الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تسهل عملية التواصل مع الآخرين. أما الجوانب السلبية فتتعلق بدور تلك الوسائل في تحطيم الخصوصية الفردية، كما أنها تؤثر على سلوكيات المستخدمين وتهدد القيم الاجتماعية، إضافة إلى ذلك فقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن ترجيح الجوانب السلبية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي فاق في تأثيره على الجوانب الإيجابية. This study examined the positive and negative aspects of the use of social media. This study falls under the umbrella of descriptive and analytical studies. The researcher sought to answer four basic questions, namely: 1- What are the most important social media that young people like? 2- What are the most important positive effects of using social media? 3- What are the most important negative effects of using social media? The researcher adopted the method of secondary data analysis, by relying on previous studies that investigated the subject of social media. The study concluded: The study also revealed the most important, there are many positive aspects of young people's use of social media, including the continuation of communication between users of these sites with each other, as well as being a cross-border and interpersonal method that allows the individual to make friends from other countries as well as a means for practicing cultural and social activities that Facilitates the process of communicating with others. As for the negative aspects, they relate to the role of these means in destroying individual privacy, as they affect user behavior and threaten social values. In addition, the study concluded that weighting the negative aspects of social media outweighs its impact on the positive aspects. |
