| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على إدارة وبناء الفرق التطوعية والتحديات التي تواجهها، حيث تمت مقابلة المسؤولين عن بناء الفرق التطوعية في الجهات المحددة في البحث، ويعتبر هذه البحث من الأبحاث الوصفية التحليلية القائمة على جمع البيانات الميدانية، وتحليلها، وربطها بالدراسات والأدبيات المرتبطة بالموضوع واعتمد البحث على المنهج الكيفي حيث تم جمع آراء المشاركون حول تساؤلات البحث وتم تحليلها بطريقة استقرائية مع التركيز على الآراء التي يذكرها المشاركون، وتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج تمثل إطاراً معرفياً واقعياً يمكن وضعه أمام متخذي القرار متمثلة في العوامل المؤثرة على إدارة وبناء الفرق التطوعية: العوامل الإيجابية منها وجود هيكل إداري ووضع خطط استراتيجية مستقبلية، وضوح الهدف والرؤية أثناء بناء الفريق التطوعي، أما العوامل السلبية منها محدودية الميزانية، وعدم وجود فرص متساوية لأعضاء الفريق وعدم الاستفادة من الخبرات الموجودة وتمثلت التحديات التي واجهت الفرق التطوعية في عدم وجود مظلة رسمية تحل مشاكل الفرق التطوعية، وصعوبة الحصول على تراخيص مزاولة العمل للفرق التطوعية، واستغلال المتطوعين في الفرق التطوعية، أساليب إدارة وبناء الفرق التطوعية وتحقيق سبل استدامتها للمشاركة في برامج وفق الأولويات الوطنية في المملكة العربية السعودية تمثلت بحس آراء مفردات العينة في وضع أنظمة تساعد على عمل الفرق التطوعية بمرونة، وتحديد جهة مسئولة عن الفرق التطوعية بشكل كامل تتولى أمور التخطيط والتشكيل لضمان الاستدامة للفرق التطوعية، وتوفير استشاريين للفرق التطوعية لتوجيهم وإرشادهم ومساعدتهم أثناء العمل التطوعي. The aim of this study is to study the factors affecting the management and building of the volunteer teams and the challenges they face. The interviewees were interviewed about the building of the voluntary teams in the facilities specified in the research. This research is based on descriptive analytical research based on field data collection, analyzed it and linked it to the research was based on the qualitative approach. where the participants’ opinions were collected about the research questions and were analyzed in an inductive manner , with a focus on the opinions mentioned by the participants. The factors that affect the management and building of voluntary teams are the positive factors, including the existence of an administrative structure and the development of future strategic plans, clarity of purpose and vision during the construction of the volunteer team. Negative factors include limited budget, lack of equal opportunities for team members and lack of expertise. The challenges faced by the volunteer teams were the absence of an official umbrella that solved the problems of the voluntary teams The difficulty of obtaining work permits for the voluntary teams The exploitation of volunteers in the volunteer teams The methods of managing and building the volunteer teams and The sustainability of participation in programs according to the national priorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , according to the views of the sample in the development of systems to help the voluntary teams work flexibly, and to identify the facilities responsible for the voluntary teams in a complete manner to undertake the planning and formation to ensure the sustainability of the voluntary teams and provide consultants to the voluntary teams to guide and assist them during volunteer work. |
