| 520 | |a تختلف وتتميز المجتمعات الإنسانية والحضارية ومثيلاتها من المجتمعات الأخرى بفضل ما يختص وينفرد به كل مجتمع من إرث حضاري ثقافي يميزه ويؤكد هويته الثقافية. كما أن تناقل " التراث " من جيل إلى جيل عبر العصور المختلفة والحفاظ عليه من أي مؤثرات خارجية هو الذي يصبغ المجتمع بصفة فريدة تجعل له كيانا خاصة وتكسبه هوية ثقافية خاصة به، تميزه عن سائر المجتمعات الأخرى، ومن ثم فإن التراث والهوية يعدان وجهان لعمله واحده لأن الاهتمام بالتراث والحفاظ على خصوصيته يساهم بدوره في فهم الماضي واستيعابه بكل ما يحمله من قيم وثقافات وعادات وتقاليد كذلك يعمل على تأصيل الفردية وتعزيز الهوية الثقافية ولاسيما إذا كان الفرد ينتمي إلى تراث وحضارة تاريخية عظيمة تحظى بتقدير وإعجاب المجتمعات الأخرى، مثل الحضارة المصرية القديمة والاغريقية والرومانية والقبطية والاسلامية فجميعهم حضارات إنسانية عريقة تستدعي أن نعتز ونفتخر بانتمائنا لمثل هذه الحضارات المؤثرة في العالم أجمع ولا يجب أن نقف فقط عند حد التأثر والحفاظ على هذا التراث الحضاري ، بل يجب علينا أن نسعى لتطويره لا يجاد وعمل جسورا ثقافية تنشره على كل من الصعيدين المحلي والدولي والعمل على ايجاد سبلا للتعاون بين الهيئات والمؤسسات الاكاديمية والثقافية بهدف دعم وتعزيز الهوية في ظل مفهوم العولمة والتطور التكنولوجي فائق السرعة . وتتخلص مشكلة البحث في أنه لا يوجد التعاون الكافي بين الهيئات والمؤسسات والمنظمات التعليمية والثقافية للحفاظ على التراث وتأكيد الهوية. ويهدف البحث لالقاء الضوء على الأدوار المنوطة ببعض الهيئات والمؤسسات التعليمية والثقافية، وكيفية ايجاد تعاون وبناء جسوراً ثقافية فيما بينهم، للحفاظ على التراث وتعزيز الهوية الثقافية. ويتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما يسعى إلى ايجاد طرق وآليات جديدة تدعم ذلك التعاون. | ||
| 520 | |b Human and civilized societies differ and are distinguished from one another thanks to the civilization and cultural heritage of each society that distinguishes it and corroborates its cultural identity. Transmission of “heritage” from one generation to another, across the different eras, and protecting it against any external influences are those factors, which give a society a unique attribute that grants it a cultural identity, which makes it distinguished from the other societies. Hence, heritage and identity are two sides of the same coin. This is because paying attention to heritage and maintaining its characteristics contribute, in turn, to comprehending the past with all its values, cultures, customs and traditions. Furthermore, this by far entrenches individuality and enhances the cultural identity, particularly, if an individual belongs to historically great legacies and civilizations ,which are recognized and commended by the other societies, such as the ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Coptic ,and Islamic civilizations. All such civilizations are profoundly human civilizations that we should take pride in belonging to such most influential civilizations in the world. Equally important, we must not suffice with being influenced by such heritage, and maintaining it, but we need to encourage its development it to create cultural bridges that would disseminate it locally and internationally. We should also cater for creating means of cooperation among cultural institutions and academia to strengthen the concept of identity in the light of the daunting presence of globalization, and rapidly advancing technology. To summarise core issue of the paper we need to recognize that there is not enough cooperation between educational and cultural organizations and institutions in order to maintain heritage and confirm identity. This paper aims at shedding light on the roles to be played by some educational and cultural organizations and institutions, and how to encourage cooperation, and build cultural bridges there between them to maintain heritage and enhance cultural identity. The paper adopts the analytical qualitative methodology, and seeks to find new ways and mechanisms to support such cooperation. | ||
