| المستخلص: | اشراك السكان هي المقاربة التي تمكن أعضاء المجتمع من الاندماج في سيرورة التسيير على شكل التزام بالتوجيهات والقرارات. تجربة قرية "الساحل" بمدينة تيزي وزو عولت كثيرا على هذه المقاربة في مجال تسيير النفايات المنزلية وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة من خلال تحليل هذه التجربة الميدانية الناجحة إلى إبراز مدى نجاعة هذا الرهان الاجتماعي في محاولة منا الى قياس درجة المواطنة وروح الانتماء عند السكان باعتبارهما ركيزتان اساسيتان للمشاركة السكانية، حيث اعتمدنا في ذلك على التحقيق الميداني والملاحظة المباشرة، بالإضافة الى المقابلات الميدانية مع مختلف الفاعلين، كما دعمنا دراستنا باستمارة ميدانية من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج كمية ونوعية. The involvement of inhabitants constitutes the approach that enables members of civil society to participate in the process of management through compliance with directives and decisions. The experience of the "Sahel" village in Tizi-Ouzou city depended heavily on this approach in the field of household waste management. Therefore, this paper aims through analyzing this experiment, to highlight the effectiveness of the social bet and to attempt to measure citizenship and spirit of belonging in the field of sustainable management of household waste. To conduct our research ,we have adopted field investigation and direct observation, in addition to the field interviews with the various actors, and we also supported our research with a field questionnaire to reach quantitative and qualitative results. La participation des habitants représente l'approche permettant aux membres de la société civile de s'intégrer dans le processus de gestion en se soumettant aux directives et aux décisions prises. L'expérience du village "Sahel" de la ville de Tizi-Ouzou dépend fortement de la participation des habitants dans le domaine de la gestion des déchets ménagers. Cet article vise donc, à travers l'analyse de cette expérience, à mettre en évidence l'efficacité du pari social et mesurer la citoyenneté et l'esprit d'appartenance dans le domaine de la gestion durable des déchets ménagers. Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes appuyés sur des enquêtes de terrain et des observations directes, en plus d'entretiens avec divers acteurs .Nous avons également soutenu notre recherche avec un questionnaire de terrain permettant d'atteindre des résultats quantitatifs et qualitatifs. |
