| 520 | |a تسعى مصر على مدار تاريخها إلى إقامة علاقات وروابط قوية مع شركائها الأفارقة، إيمانا منها بأهمية البعد الإفريقي للمصالح المصرية. حيث مرت هذه الروابط بفترات من الازدهار والانحسار وفقا لعوامل تاريخية مختلفة. وسوف يبرز هذه الدراسة الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه التعاون الثقافي والتعليمي بين مصر وأفريقيا في تطوير الشركة الاستراتيجية والروابط المتبادلة جنبا إلى جنب مع الروابط السياسية والاقتصادية. كما ستعنى بدراسة الاتفاقيات الثقافية والتعليمية بين مصر ودول إفريقيا وما يتبعها من بروتوكولات وبرامج تنفيذية، والتي تشمل تبادل المنح الدراسية وزيارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب والخبرات العلمية والأنشطة الثقافية والتعليمية وغير ذلك من الفعاليات التي تساعد على خلق علاقات قوية. إن رصد وتحليل مثل هذه العلاقات والاتفاقيات عبر السنوات الفائتة سوف يعطي مؤشرات واضحة عن المستويات التي مرت بها وتأثير ذلك على واقع هذه العلاقات، وكذا تأثيرها على النمط الكامل لمواجهة التحديات والتغلب على العقبات. كما أن صياغة خريطة ثقافية وتعليمية مصرية مستقبلية فاعلة بالقارة الإفريقية سوف يكون بمثابة شراكة استراتيجية تلقى بظلالها على مختلف التحديات الأخرى. إن مصر بما تمتلكه من ثقل وخبرات ثقافية وتعليمية يمكن لها لعب دور واضح وخلق تأثير بارز في قلب القارة السمراء ينشأ معه داعم قوي لمصالحها. | ||
| 520 | |b Over history, Egypt has striven to establish strong relations and ties with its African partners, believing in the importance of the African dimension for Egyptian interests. These relations have witnessed periods of prosperity and regression according to different historical factors. This study will highlight the role that cultural and educational cooperation between Egypt and Africa can play in the development of their strategic partnership, side by side with political and economic ties. It will also focus on the study of cultural and educational agreements between Egypt and African countries and the subsequent protocols and executive programs, which include the exchange of scholarships, faculty members, students, scientific experiences, cultural and educational activities, and other activities that help to create strong relationships. The study shall adapt the descriptive approach, as well as the analytical approach for the collected data. The monitoring and analysis of such relations and agreements over the past years will give clear indicators of the levels that have passed and the impact on the reality of these relations, as well as their impact on the full pattern to meet the challenges and overcome the obstacles. The formulation of an effective future Egyptian cultural and educational map on the African continent will be a strategic partnership that overshadows other challenges. Egypt, with its cultural, educational and cultural resources, can play a clear role and create a significant influence in the heart of the continent, with strong support for its interests. | ||
