| المستخلص: | يحدث الاتصال عندما تصل الرسالة كاملة للشخص الموجهة له، ويفهم محتواها جيداً؛ وعلى ذلك فالاتصال الجيد هو إيصال الرسالة المناسبة للشخص المعني بها في وقتها المناسب، وعلى الوسيط المناسب؛ مما يعطي انطباعاً جيداً لمستلمها للتفاعل الإيجابي معها. \nولكي يحدث هذا الاتصال أثره إجرائيا يتطلب الأمر رد الفعل كتابياً من جانب مستلمي هذه الرسائل، وتظل المؤسسة في حالة تفاعل مع البيئة المحيطة بها تؤثر فيها، وتتأثر بها، والقاسم المشترك هنا هو المعلومات المسجلة على الوسائط التي تناسب طبيعة الرسالة الإدارية. \nوانطلاقاً من أن المعرفة المتضمنة في هذه المراسلات هي عملية هادفة مستمرة مخططة ومتكاملة تغير القيم والسلوك، وتعمل على حل المشكلات، وتخلق التفاعل المنتظم، والميزة التنافسية للمنظمات؛ لذا كان من الضروري ضبط بنيتها وفق أسس تحقق أقصى استفادة منها، وهذا هو الهدف الرئيس للبحث. \nأما عن منهج الدراسة فقد اتبع الباحث المنهج المسحي معتمدا على أسلوب العينة العشوائية لمجموعة من الخطابات الواردة لمديرية التنظيم والإدارة بمحافظة بني سويف من جهات خدمية مختلفة. \nتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج، كما قدمت العديد من التوصيات وهو ما سيتضح في نهاية البحث. \n Communication occurs when the message arrives in full to the addressee person, and he understands its content well. Therefore, good communication is to deliver the right message to the person concerned at the right time and through the right mediator, which gives a good impression to the recipient of positive interaction with it. \nIn order for such communication to have a procedural impact, a written reaction is required by the recipients of these messages, and the institution remains in a state of interaction with the surrounding environment that impacts it and gets affected by it. The common denominator here is the information recorded on the media that suits the nature of the administrative message. \nProceeding from the fact that the knowledge contained in this correspondence is a continuous, planned, and integrated purposeful process that changes values and behavior, solves problems, creates regular interaction and competitive advantage of organizations; therefore, it was necessary to adjust its structure according to the foundations that made the most of it, and this is the main objective of the research. \nAs for the study curriculum, the researcher followed the survey curriculum based on the random sample method of a group of letters received to the Directorate of Management and Administration in Beni Suef Governorate from different service bodies. \nThe study produced a series of findings and made several recommendations, which will be clarified at the end of the research. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
