| المستخلص: | لقد تصدرت تقنية البلوك تشين عناوين الصحف والأخبار العالمية والمحلية، وجذبت انتباه الحكومات والدول وكذلك المؤسسات المالية والشركات التكنولوجية، لما لهذه التكنولوجيا من ميزات تفوق أية تكنولوجيا رقمية موجودة الأن، فسلسلة الكتل أو ما يسمى "بالبلوك تشين" هي أفضل إفرازات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، فسجلها اللامركزي المفتوح ووصولها السريع إلى أي نقطة في العالم، بالإضافة إلى الأمان والموثوقية العالية جعلها الاختيار الأفضل في جميع المجالات الحياتية من قطاع مالي وحكومي وضريبي وسجل عقاري ورعاية صحية وتعليم وغيرها الكثير والكثير. لذلك سنتطرق في بحثنا إلى ماهية هذه التكنولوجيا ومميزاتها وعيوبها ودور تطبيقاتها في تسريع عمليه التحول الرقمي وأخيرا التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه هذه التقنية ومستقبلها. Blockchain technology is making headlines in global and local newspapers and is attracting the interest of governments and countries, as well as financial institutions and technological companies as it has advantages exceed any existing digital technology. So that, the blockchain is considered one of the best products of the fourth industrial revolution. In addition, it is considered the best choice in all life fields, including financial, governmental, taxation, cadastral, medical care, educational fields and many other fields because of its open and decentralized record, its rapid access to any point in the world and its high safety and reliability. Therefore, in this research, the researcher will address what this technology is, its advantages and disadvantages, the role of its applications in accelerating the process of digital transformation, and finally the challenges and obstacles this technology will face and its future. |
