| المستخلص: | تسعى الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة وثيقة الهبة من خلال تعريف الهبة وأركانها، وتحليل الوثائق للتعرف على أجزائها، والمراحل التي تمر بها، ومدى التوافق بين صيغة الوثيقة وأركانها الفقهية. كما تسعى إلى التعرف على السياق الذي صدرت فيه وثائق الدراسة والدوافع الأخرى للواهب غير إشباع رغبته في حب العطاء والتأكيد على منزلة الموهوب لهم ومكانتهم في قلب الواهب. محاولة للإجابة على التساؤل التالي: لماذا كل هذه الهبات التي وهبها الخديو إسماعيل فيما بين عامي 1281- 1289هـ الموافق 1864- 1872م، هل نجحت هذه الطريقة في التهرب من دين الدائرة السنية أم لا؟ The study seeks to identify the nature of the donation document by defining the donation and its pillars, analyzing the documents to identify its parts, stages, and the compatibility between the document's format and its jurisprudential pillars. It also seeks to identify the context in which the study documents were issued and other motives of the giver (gifting person) other than satisfying his desire of love for giving and affirm the status of the person to whom it has been gifted and his place in the heart of the gifting person. (The study seeks) to answer the following question: Why are there all these donations given by Khideo Ismail between 1281-1289 AH (864-1872)?
