| 520 | |a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف عن دور مدير المدرسة في التربية الصحية لتلاميذ التعليم الأساسي في ظل جائحة كورونا في مدارس دمشق، وتحقيقاً للهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأعدت استبانة مكونة من (20) بندا، لتعرف آراء المديرين والمعلمين والموجهين حول دور مدير المدرسة في التربية الصحية لتلاميذ التعليم الأساسي في ظل جائحة كورونا، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (370) مديرا ومعلما وموجها تربوياً تم اختيارهم من مدارس التعليم الأساسي الحكومي في مدينة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2020، وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - إن دور مدير المدرسة في التربية الصحية لتلاميذ التعليم الأساسي في ظل جائحة كورونا في مدارس دمشق من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة كان بدرجة ضعيفة. - إن تطبيق البروتوكول الصحي في المدارس من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة يتم تطبيقه بدرجة ضعيفة. - لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مدير المدرسة في التربية الصحية لتلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ظل جائحة كورونا حسب متغير الجنس. - لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مدير المدرسة في التربية الصحية لتلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ظل جائحة كورونا حسب متغير سنوات الخبرة. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة حول دور مدير المدرسة في التربية الصحية لتلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ظل جائحة كورونا حسب متغير المسمى الوظيفي (مدير، معلم، موجه تربوي)، لصالح المديرين. | ||
| 520 | |b The current research aims to abandon the role of the school principal in health education for basic education pupils in light of the corona pandemic in school for Damascus, and to achieve the goal, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and prepared dissatisfaction consisting of (20) clause, in order to know the opinions of principal, teachers and mentors about the principle in health education for pupils of basic role of the school education in light of the corona pandemic, and after making sure of it is validity and stability, the researcher applied it to a sample of (20) principals, teachers and education, the basic government basic education in Damascus for the 2020 academic year, and the research concluded the following results: - The role of the school principal in health education for pupils in basic education in light of the corona pandemic in Damascus schools from the viewpoint in the sample members was of a weak degree. - The application of the health protocol in school is from the point of view of individuals the sample is done poorly. - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample on the role of the school principle in health education for pupils of the basic education stage in light of the corona pandemic according to the gender variable. - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals on the role of the school principal in health education for students of the basic education stage in light of the Corona pandemic according to the job title variable (director, teacher, educational director), for the benefit of managers. | ||
