| 520 | |b Administrative division is one of the Political geography topics, That deals with the analysis and problems of the administrative map. It establishes the division rules for administrative units within the territory and the State. This study discusses the overlap ranges in the administrative dividing line Kafr El-Sheikh and Dakahlia governorates, Also studies problems and rules that draw the administrative boundary between the two governorates. The researcher relied on a field study For three appurtenances between the dividing lines. overlap ranges are the areas that result from the mismatch of different government divisions on the same land within the state. The study ended with several results: - Problems with financial and administrative dependency. - There are three interference bands between the two governorates. - Redrawing the limit by scientific rules, Cutting off areas of Kafr El-Sheikh financially and merging to Dakahlia governorate. | ||
| 520 | |a ناقشت هذه الدراسة نطاقات التداخل في خط التقسيم الإداري بين محافظتي كفر الشيخ والدقهلية ومشكلاتها ومعايير ترسم الحد الإداري بين المحافظتين بناء على دراسة ميدانية لعدد (٣) توابع بإحدى نطاقات التداخل في خطي التقسيم؛ حيث تعرف نطاقات التداخل بأنها المساحات التي تتكون نتيجة عدم تطابق التقسيمات التي تحددها الجهات الحكومية المختلفة مع بعضها على نفس الأرض داخل الدولة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود مشكلات في التبعية المالية لمحافظة والتبعية الإدارية لمحافظة مجاورة. كما توجد ثلاث نطاقات تداخل في خط التقسيم بين المحافظتين يمكن تغير خط التقسيم المالي فيهما ليتماشى مع الحد الإداري (فصل مساحات من محافظة كفر الشيخ مالياً وضمها إلى محافظة الدقهلية). وإعادة ترسيم الحد وفقاً لمعايير علمية لحل مشكلة التداخل وازدواج التبعية ولدعم متخذي القرار. | ||
