| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التمكين الإداري في تعزيز إدارة الجودة الشاملة بهدف تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وزعت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (52) موظف وموظفة منتمين للشركات الصناعة المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن إدارات الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين تدعم التمكين الإداري من خلال تحفيز العاملين لديهم، وتوفير المعلومات الملائمة، وتشجيع برامج التدريب المستمر بشكل دائم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام إدارات الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين بتطبيق أسلوب التمكين في الإدارة لما له من دور مباشر في تعزيز إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. The study aimed to identify the role of administrative empowerment in promoting comprehensive quality management in order to achieve sustainable development for industrial companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool and distributed to the study sample consisting of (52) employees And an employee belonging to the industrial companies listed on the Palestine Exchange. The results of the study showed that the administrations of the industrial companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange support administrative empowerment by motivating their employees, providing appropriate information, and permanently encouraging continuous training programs. The study recommended the necessity for the administrations of the industrial companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange to apply the empowerment method in management because of its direct role in promoting comprehensive quality management and achieving sustainable development. |
