| 520 | |a يعد وصول القرية إلى المستوى الحضاري ضرورة من ضرورات التنمية، ولا شك أن كهربة الريف تعد من أهم المشروعات التي تبنتها الدولة لتحقيق تنمية حقيقية. ومن هنا تأتي الأهمية التطبيقية لموضوع الدراسة؛ حيث سعى الباحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على آثار كهربة الريف على مستوى القطاع الصناعي، وانعكاس ذلك على سكان الريف، بهدف تقييم نتائج مشروع كهربة الريف، وذلك بعد مضي مدة طويلة على بدء انطلاقه، بما يحقق الإمكانية والمصداقية العلمية في الحكم على مدى نجاح هذا المشروع في الوصول إلى الأهداف التي أنيطت إلى الريف المصري. وتم التوصل من خلال الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن كهربة الريف حققت عديدا من الآثار الإيجابية في القطاع الصناعي بقرية السالمية، حيث تعددت الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي قامت اعتماداً على توفر الطاقة الكهربائية بدرجة كبيرة، وأسهمت الكهرباء أيضا في تحسين استغلال الخامات الموجودة بالقرية عن طريق الماكينات الحديثة التي تستخدم الكهرباء في إدارتها، علاوة على ذلك فإن استخدامها - الكهرباء - بكونها قوى محركة ساعد في زيادة الإنتاج وجودته وتقليل نسبة الفقد، وانخفاض تكلفة الصيانة والإصلاح، وكان لكهربة الريف دور مهم- بصورة غير مباشرة- في توفير كثير من فرص العمل بأنشطة صناعية متنوعة امتصت جزءًا من بطالة أبناء القرية. وعلى الرغم من الآثار الجيدة التي حققتها كهربة الريف على صعيد القطاع الصناعي، إلا أن استهلاك قرية السالمية من الكهرباء ما يزال استهلاكًا ترفيًا، حيث يأتي القطاع المنزلي في مقدمة قطاعات الاستهلاك نصيبًا، وفي هذا إشارة إلى أن الهدف الأساسي من كهربـة الريف وهو كهربة القوى المحركة لم يتحقق بصورة مرضية بعد. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن يكون لقرية السالمية أكثر من مصدر للتغذية الكهربائية عن طريق النظام الحلقي، كما ينبغي إعادة النظر في أسعار بيع الكهرباء للقطاع الصناعي في المناطق الريفية، كما اقترحت الدراسة ضرورة توفير قروض تستخدم في الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالقرية، وإعطائها أولوية في التنفيذ. | ||
| 520 | |b Arriving the village to the civilization level is considers one of the necessities of development, there is no doubt that rural electrification is one of the projects which the State has been carrying out in order to achieve a real development. Therefore, the practical importance comes the economic important for the subject of study, where the researcher seeks to shed light on the effects of rural electrification at the level of industrial sector, and its reflection on the rural population, aiming to evaluate the results of the project of rural electrification, after passing a long time since beginning its implementation, in order to achieve the scientific possibility and credibility to judge the extent of succeeding of this project in reaching the desired goals for the Egyptian rural. The researcher reached a number of results through this study, it including: The rural electrification has been achieved several of the positive effects in Elsalmia village, where many of small and medium projects have been achieved which depended on providing a large extend of electric energy, and also, electricity has been taking part in improving utilization of the available materials in village through modern machines that using electricity in its operating, in addition, using the electric - as a driving force- has been helped to increase production and quality and reduce the wastage and low cost of maintenance and repairs, the rural electrification has an important role - indirect way - to provide a lot of employment opportunities in a variety of industrial activities, which reduce the unemployment rate of the village workers. Although the good effects which achieved by the rural electrification projects at the level of industrial sector, bur the consumption of electricity in Elsalmia village is still a luxury electricity, where the domestic sector is considered at the top of the consumption sectors, this means that main aim of rural electrification, which is electrification of the driving forces - has not been yet achieved in an acceptable or satisfactory manner. The study recommended that the Elsalmia village have more than one source to feed the electric power through cyclic system, also, it must be reconsider the sale of electricity prices for the industrial sector in rural areas, the study suggested also, by providing lions to be used in small and medium industries projects in the village, and giving it the priority in implementation. | ||
