| المستخلص: | لا شك أن مسألة الحوافز كانت ولا تزال محور اهتمام الباحثين في شتى مجالات المعرفة العلمية، ولقد جاءت الدراسات التي تناولت موضوع الحوافز لتؤكد على دورها الفعال في تحريك سلوك الفرد، وتوجيهه في الاتجاه المراد تحقيقه. وقد تبين من خلال تلك الدراسات أن الحوافز تؤثر في الروح المعنوية للعامل، الأمر الذي ينعكس إيجابياً على مردوده وأدائه وكذلك فعاليته التنظيمية. وتتمحور أهداف هذه الدراسة في محاولة الإجابة على تساؤل رئيسي مؤداه: إلى أي مدى تسهم فاعلية حوافز الإنتاج (المادية والمعنوية) في تحسين أداء العاملين وتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية بمنشآت القطاع الصناعي بمحافظة بني سويف؟ وينقسم هذا التساؤل إلى عدد من التساؤلات الفرعية الأخرى وهي: 1- ما هي أهم الحوافز المادية التي تقدم للعمال بمنشآت القطاع الصناعي بمحافظة بني سويف، وإلى أي مدى تؤثر في أدائهم الوظيفي؟ 2- ما هي أهم الحوافز المعنوية التي تقدم للعاملين بمنشآت القطاع الصناعي بمحافظة بني سويف، وإلى أي مدى تؤثر في أدائهم الوظيفي؟ 3- ما مدى رضا العاملين بمنشآت القطاع الصناعي بمحافظة بني سويف عن حوافز الإنتاج المادية والمعنوية المقدمة إليهم؟ 4- ما هي العلاقة بين درجة رضا العاملين بمنشآت القطاع الصناعي بمحافظة بني سويف عن حوافز الإنتاج (المادية والمعنوية) المقدمة إليهم ومستوى أدائهم الوظيفي؟ This study tries to shed light on the effectiveness of incentives for production and its impact on the behavior of workers within the industrial sector facilities governorate of Beni Suef, bearing in mind it is one of the most significant factors affecting the behavior of individuals and the direct impact on the effectiveness of the organization and achieve its objectives, which affect incentives in the morale of the workers, which is reflected positively on performance, as well as organizational effectiveness. The study aims to attempt to answer a key question the effect: To what extent contribute to the effectiveness of incentives for production (physical and moral) in improving the performance of employees and achieve organizational objectives facilities of the industrial sector in Beni Suef?, And this question is divided into a number of other sub-questions, namely: 1- What are the most important material incentives offered to workers, the facilities of the industrial sector governorate of Beni Suef, and to what extent affect the performance of employees? 2- What are the most important moral incentives offered to employees installations industrial sector governorate of Beni Suef, and to what extent affect the performance of employees? 3- What is the satisfaction of the employees of the industrial sector facilities in Beni Suef for material and moral incentives granted to them production? 4- What is the relationship between the degree of satisfaction of the employees the facilities of the industrial sector of the province of Beni Suef production incentives (physical and moral) provided to them and the level of their performance organization? The researcher depended on the social survey method for sample through, which has been selected employees with a number of industrial facilities whiteness of the Arab region in Beni Suef, and the total sample totaled (250) single was chosen through a random sample of regular, as the researcher relied on newspaper interview, and on a scale designed specifically for this study based on Likert Likert scale to measure trends to collect study data and analysis. |
