| المستخلص: | تعد الوصايا مصدرا مهما لدراسة تاريخ مصر الحضاري خلال العصر الروماني، خاصة من النواحي الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والدينية والقانونية، وعالجت العديد من الموضوعات المختلفة، ومنها الطقوس الجنائزية لمختلف عناصر السكان في مصر، حيث شملت بعض الوصايا بندا خاصا بهذه الطقوس، وقد ضم هذا البند أربع عناصر رئيسية عناصر؛ الترتيبات الخاصة بالجنازة من بناء القبر والتحنيط والتكفين وتشييع الجثمان ثم الدفن، وتحديد الشخص المسئول عن القيام بهذه الترتيبات والذي عادة ما يكون من أقارب الموصي وورثته، ثم تحديد المصروفات الواجب إنفاقها على هذه الطقوس الجنائزية، وأخيرا طرق إحياء ذكرى الموصي بعد وفاته. The commandments are an important source for the study of Egypt's civilizational history during the Roman era, especially from the social, economic, religious and legal aspects. They dealt with many different topics, including the funeral rites for the various elements of the population in Egypt, as some of the commandments included an item specific to these rituals, This clause contained four main components: The arrangements for the funeral, including the construction of the grave, the embalming, the shrouding, the funeral of the body, then the burial, the determination of the person responsible for making these arrangements, who is usually one of the relatives of the testator and his heirs, then determining the expenses to be spent on these funeral rites, and finally the methods of commemorating the testator after his death. |
