المستخلص:الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث فينا رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله، وأصحابه أجمعين، ومن اهتدى بهديه بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. أما بعد.. فإن من أهم سمات الإسلام سمة اليسر ورفع الحرج وتحقيق مصالح العباد والبلاد، فأينما وجدت مصلحة معتبرة ومنفعة مثمرة فثم شرع الله تعالى، وأن هذه الأمة الإسلامية ميزها الله تعالى بالوسطية وبالخيرية من دون الأمم الأخرى قاطبة، فمن حاد عن سمات الإسلام غلى وتطرف، والغلو لغة: هو مجاوزة الحد، واصطلاحاً: هو الزيادة على ما يطلب شرعاً، حتى صار منهياً عنه، والتطرف لغة مجاوزة حد الاعتدال، وإتيان طرف الشيء دون وسطه، واصطلاحاً: هو الابتعاد عن المنهج الرباني المتمثل بشريعة الإسلام السمحة، إما بالإفراط في زيادة لم تطلب شرعاً، أو بتفريط في تقصير عن أداء ما هو مطلوب شرعاً، وحكمهما هو النهي الذي يفيد التحريم، وهما مترادفان في إتيان الشيء ومنتهاه زيادة عن حده، ويتنوعان إلى نوعين غلو حق: وهو زيادة على الحق والتأكيد عليه، والاجتهاد في تحصيله، وغلو باطل: وهو أن يتجاوز الحق ويتخطاه، معرضاً عن الأدلة الصحيحة، ومتبعاً الشبهات دونها، في أصل عقدي، أو عملي تطبيقي، ومن أهم مظاهر الغلو والتطرف ظهور جماعات إسلامية تدعي أنها هي الفرقة الناجية، وغيرها ممن لم يكن على نهجها في النار، والتسرع في تكفير الآخرين، مما أدى ذلك إلى خلق أزمة حقيقية وخطيرة على الأمة الإسلامية بإباحة دماء الآخرين وأموالهم اعتقاداً منهم بكفرهم، وسببه جهلهم بضوابط التفكير، وعدم تفريقهم بين الحكم المطلق على الشيء بأنه كفر، إذا كان كفرياً، وبين الحكم على شخص معين بكفره، إذا وقع في أمر مكفر، وتكفيرهم لا يكون إلا من قبل علماء مختصين لهم السلطة القضائية في تكفيرهم بعد استيفائهم لشروط التكفير وانتفاء موانعه، وللعلماء المعاصرين مناهجهم في بيان كيفية علاج الغلو والتطرف، منها: البيان التأصيلي في إصدار الأحكام والفتاوى في الغلاة والمتطرفين، والبيان التحصيني في التحذير من الانحرافات ورد الشبهات، والبيان العلاجي في سبل الخلاص من مظاهر الغلو والتطرف الواقع بين المسلمين. وصل اللهم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم، وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين.

One of the most important features of Islam is the attribute of ease and the lifting of embarrassment and the interests of the people and the country, Wherever there is a significant interest and a fruitful benefit then there is the law of God Almighty, And that this Islamic nation was distinguished by God with mediocrity and charity without all the other nations, And who has distanced himself from the characteristics of Islam, this means that he is extremism and excessive, The excessive in the language is the excess of the limit, and in the term: it is the increase over what is required by the sharee'ah (Islamic law), so that it becomes haram (taboo), and the extremism in the language is beyond the limit of moderation and bringing the end of the thing without its middle and the term is to stay away from the divine approach, either by exaggerating an excess that is not required by sharee'ah (Islamic law) or by exaggerating the failure to perform what is required by sharee'ah (Islamic law) and their ruling is the taboo and they are synonymous in doing something exaggerated and vary into two types (right exaggeration): an increase on the right and emphasis and diligence to obtain it and void exaggeration: which is to exceed the right, exposed to the correct evidence and follow the suspicions without the correct evidence in doctrinal origin or practical application and the most important manifestations of excessive and extremism the emergence of Islamic groups claim to be the surviving band and others who were not on the approach of this band in the fire and speed up making others infidels, which led to the creation of a real crisis and dangerous to the Islamic nation by permitting the blood of others and their money believing they are infidel and the reason is their ignorance of the rules of atonement and not to distinguish between the absolute ruling on something that is illegal if it is actually prohibition (taboo), and the ruling on a specific person in his disbelief if he occurred in an issue far from the rules of Islam, and their atonement is only by competent scholars who have the judicial authority in their atonement after fulfilling the conditions of atonement and the absence of inhibitions and for contemporary scientists their curricula in the statement of how to treat excessive and extremism Including: the statement in the issuance of verdicts and judgments in excesses and extremists, and the immunization statement in the warning of deviations and response to suspicions, and the therapeutic statement in ways to get rid of manifestations of extremism and excessive among Muslims.
