| 520 | |a إن الأزمة الحالية التي يمر بها العالم ومصر جراء تفشي فيروس كورونا تعتبر الأقوى في تاريخ السياحة المصرية حيث أكد الاتحاد المصري للغرف السياحية أنه سوف يدعم العاملين المتضرين جراء الأزمة وأيضا مساندة المنشأت الفندقية والسياحية وتقديم الدعم المادي والطبي لهذه المنشأت حتى تعود السياحة المصرية بشكل آمن مرة أخرى في ظل إجراءات وقائية واحترازية تسهم في سلامة السائحين والعاملين على السواء. يهدف هذا البحث تقييم الإجراءات التي يتخذها الاتحاد المصري للغرف السياحية لمواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجد لتنشيط ودعم المجال الفندقي في مصر. تم تصميم استبيان يهدف إلى التعرف على آراء العاملين بالفنادق حول موضوع البحث. كما تم استلام عدد 550 استمارة استقصاء للعاملين بالفنادق وعددهم 20 فندق من فئتي الخمس والأربع نجوم ونجد أن الفنادق عينة البحث والتي تم اختيارها كان على أساس حصولها على شهادة استيفائها للشروط الصحية والتصريح لها بالتشغيل مرة أخرى بعد التوقف، وعند الاستلام والفحص تبين انه يوجد عدد 468 استمارة صالحة فقط لتحليل النتائج تمثل نسبة 85.09% وتم استخدام برنامج (.(SPSS V20 كانت أهم النتائج: إن الاتحاد المصري للغرف السياحية يقدم كافة سبل التوعية الصحية والإرشادات الطبية وطرق الحماية والوقاية لجميع العاملين بالفنادق طبقاً لاشتراطات وتعليمات منظمة الصحة العالمية. أهم التوصيات: تعميم منشورات بالقرارات التي اتخذتها اللجنة العليا بمجلس الوزراء والتي تلزم الفنادق والمنشأت السياحية بسرعة إبلاغ وزارة الصحة عن أية حالات اشتباه سواء للأجانب أو العاملين بها وضرورة تعاقد الفنادق والمنشأت السياحية مع أطقم طبية مدربة وذات كفاءة عالية، يتم تدريبها بوزارة الصحة للتعامل مع أية حالة اشتباه بالفيروس، والمتابعة المستمرة لها. كذلك رفع كفاءة العاملين وتقديم خدمات أون لاين في ظل الإجراءات الاحترازية للوقاية من انتشار الفيروس بدلا من الاعتماد على البرامج التدريبية التقليدية داخل المنشأت الفندقية السياحية. | ||
| 520 | |b The current crisis that the world and Egypt are going through due to the outbreak of the Corona virus is considered the strongest in the history of Egyptian tourism, where the Egyptian Tourism Federation confirmed that it will support the workers affected by the crisis in which hotels provide assistance and tourism and provide material and medical support for these facilities until Egyptian tourism returns in a way once again, it is safe under precautionary measures that contribute to the safety of both tourists and workers. This research presents an evaluation of the measures taken by the Egyptian Federation of Tourist Chambers to counter the emerging Corona virus to stimulate support for the tourism field in Egypt. The questionnaire aims to get to know the opinions of employees of the Federation and the hotels on the subject of the research. In addition, 550 questionnaires were received for employees of the Federation, 20 hotels in the five and four star categories and the research sample hotels, which were selected based on their obtaining a certificate of fulfillment of the health conditions and their permission to operate; Upon receipt and examination, it found 468 valid forms, representing 85.09%, and SPSS 20 was used. The most important results were: the federation provided health awareness, medical doctors, protection and protection methods for all hotels. It also provides health awareness, medical advice and methods of protection and prevention for all hotels in accordance with the requirements of the World Health Organization. The most important recommendations: A circular published in the decisions taken by the Supreme Committee of the Council of Ministers that obliges hotels and tourist establishments to quickly inform the Ministry of Health of any suspicions, whether for foreigners or their employees, and the necessity of contracting hotels and tourist establishments with highly trained and highly qualified medical teams, who are trained in the Ministry of Health to deal with any Suspected case, and continuous monitoring. It also raises the efficiency of workers and provides online training services in light of the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus, instead of relying on traditional training programs within hotel and tourist facilities. | ||
