| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التدريس في أقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات قبل أزمة كورونا، ومدى الاعتماد على التعليم عن بعد أثناء أزمة كورونا، وكذلك التعرف على الطرق والوسائل المفضلة في التعليم عن بعد، وتحديد مميزات ومعوقات التعليم عن بعد لكل من الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وكذلك تقديم الاقتراحات التي يمكن من خلالها زيادة الوعي بأهمية التعليم عن بعد والاعتماد عليه في العملية التعليمية. وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها: اعتماد كل من قسم الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة الأزهر وجامعة بنها على التدريس بالطريقة التقليدية قبل أزمة كورونا، بينما أصبح الاعتماد على التعليم عن بعد في التدريس أثناء أزمة كورونا، يعد الواتس آب أكثر الوسائل استخداما في التدريس، كما أوضحت الدراسة ضعف دور الجامعتين في تقديم الدعم الفني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، تعد المرونة في الوقت والمكان من أهم مميزات برامج التعليم عن بعد، بينما تعد صعوبة الاتصال بالإنترنت ورسومه المرتفعة أكثر المعوقات التي تواجه التعليم عن بعد. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات لعل أهمها بالنسبة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس: تدشين منصات تعليمية مجانية خاصة بالجامعة، وإقامة دورات تدريبية، ودعم اشتراك الإنترنت المنزلي، بالنسبة للطلاب: توفير المقررات الدراسية بشكل إلكتروني، ودعم اشتراك الإنترنت المنزلي، وعرض المحاضرات ليلا مع إمكانية المناقشة والاستفسار. The study aims to know the reality of teaching in the Departments of Documents، Libraries and Information before the Corona crisis، and the extent of reliance on remote education during the Corona crisis، to identify the preferred methods and means in remote education، to identify the advantages and obstacles of remote education for both students and faculty members، as well as provide suggestions that can increase awareness of the importance of remote education and rely on it in the educational process. A set of results were reached، perhaps the most important of them: the reliance of both the department of Documents، Libraries and Information at Al-Azhar University and Benha University on teaching in the traditional way before the Corona crisis، while relying on remote education in teaching during the Corona crisis. WhatsApp is the most used method in teaching، the study also showed the weakness of the two universities’ role in providing technical support to faculty members. Flexibility in time and place is one of the most important advantages of remote education programs، while the difficulty of connecting to the internet and its high fees are the most obstacles facing remote education. The study also reached a set of proposals، perhaps the most important for faculty members: launching free educational platforms for the university، holding training courses and supporting home internet subscription، for students: providing academic courses in electronic form، supporting home internet subscription and presenting lectures at night with the possibility of discussion and inquiry. |
