| المستخلص: | تعد قضية الأزمات البيئية والتنمية المستدامة من أهم القضايا التي تهتم بها المجتمعات المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، لما لهذه الأزمات من آثار ومشكلات تعرقل سير خطط وبرامج التنمية الشاملة التي تقدمها الدولة لمواجهة التحديات في جميع المجالات. وهنا تظهر مشكلة الدراسة الحالية التي تهتم بالتعرف على الإدارة المركزية للأزمات البيئية بجهاز شئون البيئة وطبيعة الخطط التي يمكن تطبيقها حيال وقوع أزمات بيئية مستقبلية في ضوء ما يشهده المجتمع المصري من تغييرات وتحديات مرحلة جديدة في طريق التنمية المستدامة. وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية التي تستهدف جمع الحقائق والمعلومات عن الأزمات البيئية والعوامل المؤثرة على زيادة حدة وخطورة تلك الأزمات في المجتمع المصري، ثم العمل على تصنيف وتحليل مؤشرات حدوث تلك الأزمات والآثار المترتبة عليها من أجل الوصول إلى مقترحات تدعم نجاح خطط العمل المستقبلية للحد من الأزمات البيئية. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم العوامل المؤثرة على الأزمات البيئية في المجتمع المصري هي نوع ومضمون الأزمة والنطاق الجغرافي لحدوث الأزمة، أما أهم مؤشرات حدوث الأزمة البيئية فتمثلت في الاستخدام السيئ من المواطنين للموارد الطبيعية، والتقليل من إمكانية حدوث أزمة بيئية. The issue of environmental crises and sustainable development is one of the most important issues of concern to developed and developing societies alike, because of the effects and problems of these crises that hinder the progress of comprehensive development plans and programs that the state provides to face challenges in all areas. Here, the problem of the current study appears, which is concerned with recognizing of the central managing of environmental crisis in the Environmental Affairs Agency and the nature of the plans that can be applied in the towards future environmental crisis in light of the changes and challenges witnessed by the Egyptian society in a new stage on its course to sustainable development. This study is considered one of the descriptive and analytical studies aiming at gathering facts and information about environmental crisis and the factors affecting the increase in seriousness and severity of those crises in Egyptian society. Then work to classify and analyze occurrence indicators of these crises and their implications in order to realize proposals that support the success of future action plans to reduce environmental crises. The study outcomes concluded that the most important factors affecting the environmental crises in Egyptian society are the type of content of the crises and the geographical scope of the crisis occurrence. As for the most important indicators of the occurrence of the environmental crisis, it was represented in the misuse of natural resources by citizens, and the reduction of the possibility of an environmental crisis. |
