| 520 | |a المساندة الاجتماعية لها تأثير إيجابي على صحة الأفراد والسعادة النفسية وكذلك قدرتها على التكيف مع الصدمات وتخفيف الأثار الناتجة من الضغوط التي يواجهها الأفراد في حياتهم اليومية، حيث يمكن من خلال المساندة تقديم الدعم الكافي لجميع الفئات، كما أن الاهتمام بتحسين نوعية حياة هذا الإنسان ومدى رضائه عن حياته التي يعيشها وتفاعله مع البيئة ضرورة لا يمكن تجاهلها في كل المجتمعات، حيث استهدفت هذه الدراسة تحديد واقع المساندة الاجتماعية لدى الفتيات المعاقات حركيا، تحديد مستوى تحسين نوعية حياة الفتيات المعاقات حركيا من خلال الأبعاد الذاتية والموضوعية لنوعية الحياة، تحديد العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية وتحسين نوعية حياة المعاقات حركيا، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضرورة تحسين وتطوير خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية باستمرار بما يتفق من احتياجات المعاقات واهتماماتهن وإشراك المعاقات أنفسهم في وضع وتصميم الخطط الخاصة بإشباع احتياجاتهن وتحسين نوعية حياتهن فهن أكثر شعورا بها. | ||
