| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى ممارسة الكفايات الإلكترونية لدى معلمي ومعلمات المملكة العربية السعودية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي وأداة الاستبانة التي تتكون من ثلاثة مجالات: كفاية التعامل مع الأجهزة الإلكترونية، وكفاية توظيف الشبكة العنكبوتية، وكفاية إدارة موقف التعلم الإلكتروني على عينة عرضية قوامها (505) من المعلمين والمعلمات، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن ممارسة الكفايات الإلكترونية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، كما أظهرت فروقاً لصالح المعلمات في كفاية إدارة موقف التعلم الإلكتروني، ولصالح معلمي ومعلمات الثانوية في الكفايات ككل ولكل كفاية إلا في كفاية إدارة موقف التعلم الإلكتروني، ولصالح المعلمين والمعلمات ذوي الخدمة 10 سنوات فأقل في كفاية التعامل مع الأجهزة الإلكترونية، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بتنمية مهارات المعلمين والمعلمات في التعامل مع عددٍ من البرامج والتطبيقات منها برنامج اكسل، ونماذج جوجل وبرامج الحوسبة السحابية، كما اقترح إجراء دراسة مشابهة ذات عينة أوسع، وبناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على الكفايات الإلكترونية وقياس أثره على الأداء التدريسي، ودراسات مقارنة: بين المعلمين والمعلمات، وبين معلمي المراحل الدراسية، وبين المعلمين والمعلمات حسب اختلاف المناطق التعليمية. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aimed at identifying the practice level of the electronic competencies of the teachers in the KSA in the light of Corona pandemic. The researcher used the descriptive survey and questionnaire that consists of 3 domains: the competency of dealing with the electronic devices, the competency of the electronic network employment, and the efficiency of the e- learning management on an accidental sample of (505) teachers. The results showed that the practice of the electronic competencies among the teachers recorded high level. Also the results showed differences in favor of the female teachers in the efficiency of e-learning process management, and for the favor of the competent teachers of high schools as a whole and for every competency except the competency of the e-learning process management, and for the teachers of 10-year or less work experience in the competency of dealing with the electronic devices. In the light of the results, the researcher recommended improving the skills of the teachers in dealing with a number of programs and applications such as Microsoft Excel, google forms and cloud computing service models. Also he suggested conducting a similar study of a wider range sample, making a training program based on the electronic competencies and measuring its impact on the teaching performance and conducting studies comparing between: the male and female teachers, the teachers of educational stages and the male and female teachers according to different school districts. | ||
