| المستخلص: | يعد التعليم عاملا أساسيا في العملية التنموية لأي مجتمع، وعاملا مهما للفرد لأنه يسمح له بآفاق التغيير والرفاهية وتحديد مصيره، والانفتاح على مجتمعه؛ فهو معيار استقراره ونجاحه، لذا فإن جميع الأمم تعتبره عاملا مهما للغاية، وتعتبر مصر من الدول التي اهتمت بوضع رؤية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة حتى عام 2030م. وجاءت رؤية مصر في التعليم الأساسي 2030م؛ لتتوائم مع الهدف الرابع للتنمية المستدامة، وهو: ضمان التعليم الجيد المنصف والشامل للجميع وتعزيز فرص التعلم مدى الحياة للجميع، وتحقيق ذلك يتطلب توفير التمويل المستدام على المدى الطويل للإنفاق على المؤسسات التعليمية. لذا هدف البحث إلى اقتراح مصادر لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية لتلبية متطلبات رؤية مصر في التعليم الأساسي 2030م، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف وتحليل الأدبيات ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى مصادر لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية في التعليم الأساسي والتي تتمثل في: مصادر ترتكز على ترشيد الإنفاق التعليمي ورفع كفاءته، ومصادر ترتكز على تنمية الموارد الذاتية للمدارس، ومصادر ترتكز على المشاركة المجتمعية في تمويل التعليم الأساسي. Education is a fundamental factor in the development process of any society, and an important factor for the individual because it allows him to have prospects of change, prosperity, determination of his destiny, and openness to his society. It is the criterion of its stability and success, so all nations consider it a very important factor, and Egypt is one of the countries that has been interested in setting a vision to achieve sustainable development until 2030. Egypt's vision came in basic education 2030, to be in line with the fourth goal of sustainable development, which is: ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, and achieving this require providing long-term sustainable financing for spending on educational institutions. Therefore, the research aimed to propose resources to achieve financial sustainability to meet the requirements of Egypt's vision in basic education 2030, and to use the descriptive and analytical approach in describing and analyzing the literature related to the research topic. The research found sources to achieve financial sustainability in basic education, which are: sources based on rationalizing educational spending and raising its efficiency, sources based on developing self-resources for schools, and sources based on community participation in financing basic education. |
