| المستخلص: | إن التجديد في شتى العلوم الإسلامية لاسيما علم أصول الفقه، أمر لابد منه فهو ينبوعه الصافي، ومادته الخصبة وبغير هذا العلم لا يمكن للتجديد أن يكون قائما، وقد تنوعت المقاربات التجديدية في هذا العلم بين الإلغاء والجمود ومنها ما كان وسطا بينهما، ورأى أن التجديد لابد منه منطلقا من ضوابط ومعالم لا تلغي القديم بل تعيد إليه جدته ورونقه، لذا آثرت أن أكتب بحثا في هذا الموضوع؛ تجلية لغوامض هذا الأمر وبيانا لما أشكل فيه، ونزولا من سماء النظريات إلى أرض العمل والتطبيقات. واقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن يكون في مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، شملت المقدمة الأهمية والأسباب والمنهج والخطة، واحتوى التمهيد على تعريف لمفهوم التجديد، وجاء المبحث الأول في ذكر مدارس التجديد واتجاهاته، والثاني محددات التجديد وضوابطه، والثالث في آفاق وأنماط التجديد في علم أصول الفقه، ثم جاءت الخاتمة بها أهم النتائج والتوصيات. ومن أهم النتائج: إن المحاولات التجديدية لكثير من الحداثيين تهدف إلى إلغاء هذا العلم لا تجديده وأنهم يستبدلونه بفراغ لا بمحتوى جديد في الحقيقة، وإن عامة المحاولات التجديدية للحداثيين تكتفي على التنظير فقط، وليس لها مجال في الواقع العملي التطبيقي، وصلى الله وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. Renewal in various Islamic sciences, especially the science of fundamentals of jurisprudence, is a must, as it is its pure source, fertile material, and without this science, renewal cannot exist. The innovative approaches in this science have varied between cancellation and stopping, including what was between them. In my opinion, renewal is a must, based on controls and guideposts that do not negate the old but return it to its modernity and beauty, so I chose to write a research on this topic; as a clarification of the ambiguities of this matter and an explaining what was complicated, and turning from the fantasy of theories to the reality of work and applications. The nature of this research required it to be in an introduction, preface, three topics, and a conclusion. The introduction included the importance, reasons, approach, and plan. The preface contained a definition of the concept of renewal. The first topic included mentioning the schools of renewal and its trends. The second included the determinants of renewal and its controls. The third: in the prospects and patterns of renewal In the science of the principles of jurisprudence, then the conclusion came with the most important findings and recommendations. From the most important results; The regenerative attempts of many modernists aim to cancel this science, not renew it, and they replace it with a void, not with new content in fact, and that the general renewal attempts of modernists are satisfied with theorizing only, and they have no chance in practice.
