| 520 | |a يعد هذا البحث ردا على أولئك المنكرين لحجية خبر الواحد، وذلك ببيان هدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ومنهجه في العمل بخبر الواحد، فقد كان رسول الله قدوة في هذا الباب بحاله ومقاله وفعاله، فقد أرسله الله وحده رسولا لهذه الأمة إنسها وجنها، فكان حجة الله على خلقه، في أمره، ونهيه، ولم يتوفاه الله حتى ترك شاهدا من قوله أو فعله، حجة على من ابتدع القول بعدم حجية خبر الواحد مطلقاً، أو في الأحكام والعقائد خاصة. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. المبحث الأول: هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم في قبول خبر الواحد فيما يتعلق بالعقائد، والمبحث الثاني: هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم في قبول خبر الواحد فيما يتعلق بالعبادات، وأما المبحث الثالث: هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم في قبول خبر الواحد فيما يتعلق بالمعاملات. وقد اشتمل البحث على عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن قبول خبر الواحد والاحتجاج به هو الذي جرى عليه عمل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه، ومن بعدهم من أئمة المسلمين قديماً وحديثاً. لم يرد في نصوص الوحي من القرآن وسنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما يشير إلى اشتراط العدد في قبول الأخبار، وإنما اشترط صدق رواتها، وعدالتهم، أن خبر الآحاد يمثل أكثر السنة، وأن من يشكك في أخبار الآحاد ويردها يهم كيان السنة، وأن التفريق بين في الاحتجاج بين متواتر السنة، وآحادها منهج مبتدع، لم يكن عليه سلف الأمة. | ||
| 520 | |b The title of the research: "The news of the one in the balance of the Prophet’s guidance" This paper is considered a response to those who deny the authenticity of the story of the One, by showing the guidance of the Prophet and his approach to work on the story of the One, for the Messenger of God was an example in this chapter in its condition, article and effectiveness God alone sent him a messenger to this nation, make her forget her and her body, so God’s proof of his creation, in His command, and forbidding it, and God did not pass him away until he left a witness from his saying or deed, as an argument against the one who invented the saying that no one’s news is authoritative at all, or in particular rulings and beliefs. The nature of the research necessitated dividing it into an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The first topic: A gift ρ in accepting one's news regarding beliefs. The second topic: a gift ρ in accepting the news of one in relation to worship. And it has demands: The first requirement: with regard to the pillars of Islam. The second requirement: regarding notification of the invitation. The third requirement: With regard to jihad. Fourth requirement: with regard to the borders. The third topic: A gift ρ in accepting one's news regarding transactions. The research included several results, the most important of which are:- That accepting the news of the one and invoking it is the one upon which the work of the Prophet and his companions took place, and after them among the imams of Muslims, in the past and in the present.- There is no mention in the texts of revelation from the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, indicating that the number is required to accept news. Rather, it is stipulated that its narrators are truthful and fair.- That the news of the Sundays represents most of the Sunnah, and that whoever doubts the news of Sundays and responds to them concerns the entity of the Sunnah.- That the differentiation in the protest between the Sunnah mutilator, and the individual ones, is an innovated approach, which the nation’s predecessors did not have. | ||
