| المستخلص: | ناقش البحث موضوع الصناعة الحديثية في أحاديث كتاب الصلاة من سنن أبي داود وتتبين أهمية البحث في تعلقه بعلم مصطلح الحديث وهو من أهم علوم السنة النبوية التي تأتي في المرتبة الثانية من مراتب التشريع في الإسلام وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في السؤال التالي إلى أي مدى اعتنى أبو داود بالصناعة الحديثية في إيراد أحاديث كتاب الصلاة في السنن. وسعى البحث لتحقيق عدة أهداف منها الوقوف على منهج أبي داود في كتابه السنن وإبراز خصائصه ومميزاته ومحاولة الكشف عن الصناعة الحديثية في أحاديث كتاب الصلاة في سنن أبي داود وقام البحث على المنهج التاريخي الوصفي الذي يستند على الوصف والتحليل ومن أهم نتائج البحث كان من منهج أبي داود في العناية بالسند في كتابه السنن جمع الأسانيد بلفظ (ح) التحويل وجمع الأسانيد بالإشارة والحكم على إسناد الحديث بالشذوذ وذكر تفرد الراوي بالرواية عن راوي معين وبيان أوهام الرواة والحكم على السند بعدم الاتصال والإشارة إلى موضع الانقطاع في السند وبيان الروايات الموقوفة والحكم على الرواية بالصحة والتصريح بعدم صحة الحديث ونقل أقوال العلماء في الحكم على الرواي والحكم على الحديث بالنكارة والحكم على الحديث بالإرسال ومن ملامح الصناعة الحديثية في أحاديث كتاب الصلاة من سنن أبي داود عنايته بالمتن ويتمثل ذلك في شرح غريب الحديث والإشارة إلى رواية الحديث بمعناه والإشارة إلى الزيادة في الرواية والحكم عليها وذكر الشواهد وبيان اختلاف الروايات ومن توصيات البحث ضرورة إجراء مثل هذه الدراسة في بعض الكتب والأبواب الفقهية الأخرى من سنن أبي داود وبقية السنن وضرورة أجراء دراسة منفصلة في مبحث من مباحث علوم الحديث كالجرح والتعديل أو العلة في سنن أبي داود.
