| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للطلاب معلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في مجال النمو المهني والمجال اللغوي والثقافي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي حيث قام بإعداد استبانة تشتمل على جزأين يشمل الجزء الأول بيانات أفراد العينة المتمثلة في المستوى الحالي والجامعة، والجزء الثاني يشمل (56) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، بأخذ آراء عينة من طلاب مرحلة الماجستير والدبلوم العالي والمستوى الثامن بجامعة أم القرى والجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الملك سعود، وعددهم 70 طالباً، استجاب منهم (53) طالباً أي بنسبة (75.7%) من إجمالي مجتمع الدراسة، وكانت نتائج البحث أن الطلاب المعلمين بحاجة كبيرة للاحتياجات التدريبية، حيث جاءت الاحتياجات التدريبية في الجانب اللغوي بالمرتبة الأولى، تليها الاحتياجات في جانب النمو المهني، ثم الاحتياجات في الجانب الثقافي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الكلية للاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة للطلاب المعلمين بمعاهد تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها وأبعاده الفرعية المتمثلة في (الجانب المهني، الجانب اللغوي، الجانب الثقافي) باختلاف متغيري المستوى الدراسي، والجامعة، ويوصي الباحث بالاستفادة من قائمة الاحتياجات التدريبية ومجالاتها التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، وذلك من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية وفقاً للجوانب الأكثر حاجة. This research aims to determine the training needs of student-teachers, non-native speakers, of Arabic language in the field of professional growth and the linguistic and cultural field, and the researcher used the descriptive approach where he prepared a questionnaire that includes two parts, the first part includes data of the sample represent the current level and the university, and the second part includes (56) statements distributed on three domains, to reveal the opinions of a sample out of students from the master’s and higher diploma levels and the eighth level at Umm Al-Qura University, the Islamic University and King Saud University, and they were 70 students. Only (53) students responded, 75.7% of the total study population, The results of the research were that the student-teacher need for training needs, where the training needs came in the linguistic domain first, followed by the professional growth domain, then the needs in the cultural domain, and the results of the research found that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample individuals about the total degree of training needs for student-teachers in Arabic language teaching institutes of non-native speakers and its sub-dimensions represented in (the professional domain, the linguistic domain, the cultural domain) according to the variables of the academic level and the university, and the researcher recommends taking advantage of the list of training needs and their fields of study, through training courses according to the most needed domains. |
