| المستخلص: | يسعي البحث الحالي إلى إبراز دور الجودة المستدامة على فعالية القرار الإداري الذي يعد من أهم العوامل المشجعة والمحفزة لسلوك الأفراد العاملين في مكان العمل، التي لها نتائج وانعكاسات وضحة في تحقيق أهداف المنظمة فهو يساهم في خلق مناخ تنظيمي متميز من خلال الجودة المستدامة والاستفادة منها من خلال فعالية القرار الإداري، حيث تتناول الجودة المستدامة على الجودة الفنية المستدامة (أعمال التخطيط، وأعمال التصميم، وأعمال التنفيذ، وأعمال البحوث) والجودة الإدارية المستدامة ( أعمال الشئون الإدارية ، أعمال التدريب)، الجودة الاجتماعية المستدامة (الشخصية ، تصرفات ، سلوك) ودورها علي فاعلية القرار الإداري ولذى يظهر من خلال تحقيق أهداف البيئة وتنفيذ الأعمال في الوقت المناسب وبالتكلفة المناسبة، بالكفاءة المطلوبة واتساق القرار وتماسكه، شمول القرار وتكامله. مدى توفق القرار مع البيئة المحيطة، مدى القبول للقرار المتخذ، وأشار لأهمية البحث من الناحية النظرية، والعلمية، والأهداف التي من شأنها كتب البحث، الفروض التي وضعها الباحث لحل مشكلة البحث، وذلك متغيرات البحث، وأسلوب البحث، المجتمع وعينة البحث، الدراسات السابقة؛ التي اشتملت على توضيح الجودة المستدامة، وفعالية القرار الإداري، أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير للجودة المستدامة (الإدارية -الفنية -الاجتماعية) على فاعلية القرار الإداري. The current research seeks to highlight the role of sustainable quality on the effectiveness of the administrative decision, which is one of the most encouraging and motivating factors for the behavior of individuals working in the workplace, which have clear results and implications in achieving the goals of the organization as it contributes to creating a distinct organizational climate through sustainable quality and benefiting from it through The effectiveness of the administrative decision, as it deals with sustainable quality on sustainable technical quality (planning work, design work, implementation work, and research work), sustainable administrative quality (administrative affairs work, training work), sustainable social quality (personal Remains, behavior) and their role on the effectiveness of the administrative decision, which appears through Achieving environmental goals and carrying out work in a timely manner and at the appropriate cost, with the required efficiency, consistency and coherence of the decision, including the decision and its integration. The extent of compatibility of the decision with the surrounding environment, the extent of acceptance of the decision taken, and pointed out the importance of research from the theoretical and scientific point of view, the goals that the research books would have, the assumptions that the researcher set to solve the research problem, as well as research variables, research style, society and research sample, previous studies; That included clarifying sustainable quality and the effectiveness of the administrative decision, the results showed that there is a significant effect of sustainable quality (administrative - technical - social) on the effectiveness of the administrative decision. . |
