| المستخلص: | إن ما يواجه تعليم اللغة العربية في الجامعات العربية لم يكن موجودا عند العرب القدامى، فقد كانت الفصحى لغتهم الأم- بغض النظر عن الوجود اللهجي الذي لا يبتعد كثيرا عن الفصحى- فكان الجميع يستعمل لغة عربية فصيحة وحتى بعد ظهور علوم النحو والصرف... وشياع تعليمها، لم تنقل إلينا روايات عن نفور تام وعجز مفرط للطلبة كالذي يعيشه الوضع اللغوي حاليا، فما الشيء المستحدث الذي يفصل لغتنا عنا ويجعلها تصعب علينا دون أجدادنا؟ نحن لسنا كأجدادنا -عرب ناطقين باللغة العربية-، نحن عرب ناطقين بلهجات عربية، لذا تعتبر ظاهرة الازدواجية في اللغة العربية من أهم المشكلات اللغوية التي تواجه الوطن العربي، وعليه وجب وضعها في الاعتبار لتعليم اللغة العربية بطريقة أكثر فعالية. من هذا المنطلق سأتناول قضية الازدواجية بالتعريف وربطها بالوضع اللغوي العربي ومناقشة الوضع في ضوء الدراسات الحديثة وفي سياق مناهج تعليم اللغة العربية وتعليمها في الجامعة الجزائرية لاستخلاص نتائج واقتراحات. The difficulties associated with teaching the Arabic language in the Arab universities have never faced the ancient Arab people because Arabic was their mother tongue despite the fact that they had many slang or non-standard languages which in fact were not far from the standard version of Arabic. Everyone was using Arabic perfectly and even after the appearance of Grammar as a teaching subject, there were no stories about students' learning inabilities like the ones learners are suffering from nowdays. So, what's the new thing coming between us and our language and what's making it difficult to be learnt??? We are not like our ancestors, real Arab people speaking with an Arabic tongue. We are Arabs who speak with different versions of non-standard Arabic. So the phenomenon of bilingualism in the Arabic language is one of the most important linguistic problems that face the Arab world that is why we should take it into consideration in trying to teach the Arabic language more effectively. Taking this as my starting point, i am going to tackle the phenomenon of bilingualism, to link it with the Arabic linguistic situation and to discuss it with the light of the modern studies and the Arabic teaching methods in the Algerian universities so as to get out some results and situations. |
